Great Cars, Terrible Booking Experience
The cars themselves are amazingly well-maintained and the drivers are good, which is the only reason this isn’t a complete disaster.
The app, however, is extremely confusing. I tried booking a cab for 4 hours, but the app showed that no driver was found and automatically cancelled the request. When I retried, it appeared to be creating a “book now” booking instead. Shortly after, customer service started calling me asking what time I wanted the booking for.
Since the app kept showing failed/cancelled bookings, I assumed no cab had been assigned and tried booking a different vehicle type. Then I received another call saying they couldn’t proceed because I had cancelled multiple bookings.
How is a customer supposed to know whether a booking is confirmed or not when the app shows “driver not found”, cancels the request, and asks you to retry? The booking flow and communication between the app and customer service are completely disconnected and create unnecessary confusion.

I had booked a lux can through them twice and since the wait time was too long I cancelled my ride. Hoping that the driver would change i booked a cab again and the same driver popped up. Before i could do anything the cab operator (someone named Mamta G ) called me and told me the driver wont take more than 15 mins and if you cancel the ride you wont be getting any refund.
I was like fine as long as it’s taking 15mins it doesn’t really matter but as soon as i saw the app it was showing the wait time to be 42 mins to be precise. Now i had to catch a flight so i tried calling the cab operator but she kept declining my calls again and again. They say “first impression is the best impression,” but unfortunately, this was my worst impression.
I landed at Bangalore Airport at 3:00 AM with my 3-year-old daughter. After coming outside, I tried to book a cab to my location. On Uber, the fare was showing ₹775, but a Quick Ride driver offered the ride for ₹870. Since it was very late, I agreed—this turned out to be the worst decision.
While exiting the toll gate, the driver’s FASTag was not recharged. The driver called his company’s customer support multiple times, but they did not respond properly. After trying 3–4 times, they asked me to pay the toll amount and said it would be adjusted later.
I paid ₹150 at the toll gate. Later, when I checked the fine/payment amount, it showed ₹776, which made no sense. If the total fare was ₹870 and I paid ₹150 at the toll, the remaining amount should have been ₹720. When I asked the driver, he also had no clear explanation.

Worst customer service
Worst ever car service that I have come across. Yesterday I boarded the cab from Bengaluru kempagowda airport to Koramangala. They registered my name and my mobile number alone and sent an otp to my whatsap. First of all the otp system itself was not working and they somehow bypassed that and they started the cab. Actually that whatsapp message itself would be having a payment link but that driver showed a different payment link and still they did not close the trip and till now they have not provided me the bill for claiming. When calling the customer support they do not give a proper response. They do not properly generate the bill and provide to customer. Even after repeated calls and explanation they do not bring to the proper closure and they seem to cheat. Worst ever. Please do not use these kind of services.

I have started using this service frequently for Bangalore airport travel . It feels greats to have a professional driver AND professional customer support . The drivers are employed and trained well . If they r getting late for pick up, call Center person calls us and gives us explanation and many times they got us a alternative cab . Keep up the good work ! Our city needs good service like this .
This is the only app I use for my senior citizen parents ..because the drivers are kind and good mannered . And if there is any confusion they can directly call the support via the app only .

Used for 4 years, pathetic service now - ditching for ever
Unreliable, unprofessional, even support staff and escalation desk doesn’t pick phones…incorrect phone number given on help pages…the service quality have just gone south from last few years

I’ve had a great overall experience with Quick Ride service! The app is user-friendly, drivers are professional, and the rides are smooth and timely. I’d like to give a special mention to Aasha, Jyoti, and Varun, who have been incredibly helpful and made each ride a pleasant experience—thank you! One area for improvement would be to enhance the GPS accuracy, as the location pin can be slightly off at times. Also, introducing more flexible payment options would be appreciated. Aside from these minor points, the service is reliable and efficient, and I highly recommend it!

The best app for office commute.
I am using QR from more than 5 years now. This is no doubt one of the best solution for the professionals who have to work from office. This app has made better and easier way to commute and also helps in building relationships and community.
There are many areas still needs to be better. Frequently it shows wrong location while moving and this needs to be addressed in a better way. Email verification is not working for me, may be case specific but verification and review is required. Shows wrong coordinates from starting and end point to/from riders actual place. Overall I am enjoy using this app and contributing towards environment. Thanks

The best cab services
I am a frequent traveller and I need good cab service provider specially for airport pickup & drop. I have used multiple operators like, ola, uber, deepam cabs, etc. But none of these met the expectations. They will charge for AC cab, but always keep the window open and not run the AC. If you tell them to put the AC on, the driver will react on you like criminal. Most of the cabs have stinking smell. They will charge for Toll road, but always try to go from non-toll road. There are multiple issues with these operators. Also they charge bomb.
But Quick Rides has addressed all such issues. Till now my experience with Quick Rides is awesome. Charges are also very competitive. In addition to all these customer friendly facilities, they have e-taxis, which contributes to build greener environments also. As of now my 5 plus rating will go with Quick Rides and I wish they continue this type of service in future. My best wishes to them.

Hi quick ride team, I have a feedback!!! For girls safety its very important that in case a Girl is taking a quick ride the information should float to the emergency contact which by default quickride should take as an input while registering a female candidate. Currently you have a feature of sharing your location with contact which doesn’t work and the emergency contact neither get any information of the ride giver or contact number. Location tracking doesn’t work too. Unverified profiles should be removed immediately. Please work on it. Thanks!! Richa

Quickride has revolutinsed travelling and reduced pollution
I have been using Quickride from almost 6 months. Its such a great service for commuting. Commuters don’t have to travel in Heavy rushed buses, metro or local trains. Earlier even if somebody was going to office near to your office who stays just two doors next to you, you never knew and your neighbour was also going in a car all alone consuming lots of petrol/diesel for just himself resulting in traffic and pollution but car pooling like quick ride has revolutionised that and now you can get to know who all are going in your direction and you can choose their ride. The prices are also affordable. This helps the ride giver, he can share the price of fuel with the other riders at the same time rider also by going comfortably in car. The best part is it is good for environment also as it helps in reducing pollution as not everybody need to take their car they can just car pool.
