App refuses to work properly a lot of the time.
It’s a good app, but it refuses to order things a lot, telling me a “404 error” a lot. I don’t order often, but when I do I want something and then I have to just order at the store and wait which is very annoying sometimes.
Slow!
After I select 1 item to buy for pick up and then select add more items it just stays stuck in the loading screen. I’ve tried this app (downloaded and deleted) for a few years now and I don’t think it’s ever worked well, last time I downloaded it, it wouldn’t let me pay through the app.

20 oz Coke is for $4. 1$ can Arizona is for $3 plus 😅… just saying… just go for gas there. Nothing else.

Rewards don’t work, the app is wonky, fourth cup of coffee free didn’t come up, most of the time the app is inoperable and sometimes it works like it says. Most of the time it’s a waste of time because you don’t get the things it claims. Can’t trade in my points for a free coffee because the buttons don’t work. Fix your app unless it’s supposed to operate in that way????!!

They dont track delivery
I made an order through the delivery on quickchek, i didn’t get my order and when I called the store he didn’t even know who has my food. This app is unorganized and you could lose out on money!
No points for ordering subs on the app
I noticed that the only time I get points for ordering subs is when I go inside the store and type in my phone number. When I order subs using the app I get nothing. That is not good because most of the time I order subs on the app.

Quick check is my go to for gas and snacks, very quick and good price.
Constant sign in issue.
The app is fine for what I use it for. Mainly free coffee or a breakfast sandwich.. but it’s extremely frustrating when sign in fails. It always says wrong password and I need to reset it. Even when I allow the app to generate its own password and store it for future… guaranteed it’s going to say wrong password and I’ll have to reset it the next time I log in. I’m usually on the go when I stop by quick check… so it’s a major inconvenience. Would love to see this fixed

Garbage app
Stopped working a few weeks ago. Reinstalled and nothing. Can log in from webpage but not the app. Cashiers app doesn’t work either. You think they would have a fix by now. iPhone 16 user
App issues
App typically gives me issues when I try to open it where I end up having to delete and redownload the app every time if I don’t use it for more than a week. Also my points don’t seem to load correctly.
