Has become a fraud never paying out
Do not go near it! It’s a con, an out and out fraudulent company app! This seemed quite a good app at first. You’ll get a few discounts back. But the more you use it and build discounts. Then sooner or later your account will freeze up. Suddenly you can’t get money back. When you contact customer service your put into a running roundabout of rubbish. Then you’re suddenly put into a fraud investigation when you have to submit a huge amount of personal information from sales going back 2 years. Then when you do that and satisfy all the questions tick all the boxes. Suddenly you’re at the back of the queue again as they are getting a huge amount of enquiries. Probably from all the app users trying to get their discount money. It’s a con, a fraud ! Apple should buy a stop to the app.

I have been using Quidco for a full year and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. In 12 whole months, it has only managed to successfully track my purchase automatically ONCE.
For every other missing cashback claim, I have to wait up to six long months, only for them to end up being rejected anyway. What makes me so angry is that I specifically shop through them after seeing their advertised cashback rates, and I have already registered my bank card—so why does it constantly fail to track?
It feels completely dishonest. Using this app is a complete waste of time. I am deleting my account and uninstalling the app immediately. Save yourself the hassle and stay away!

Quidco app useless on iPad
Keeps scrolling, and as I use this for most of my work it’s annoying. Have to use phone now for Quidco which I hate. When you get to a certain age bigger screens matter! Quidco can’t rectify it and I don’t know why as I’ve been using iPad for years

I check Quidco every time I spend online. I’ve been using it for about 5 years now. I have tried others but find them complicated but with Quidco it’s simple I just search what I want and do my normal shop. I leave the money in my Quidco account and usually withdraw around Christmas time. It’s a big help. It took a while to get into the habit but now I do it all the time. It takes a while for the cash to start showing in the account but now I have money going in all the time. I’ve withdrawn over £700 from my Quidco account and I check my Quidco balance every now and then and I’m always surprised to see how much is in there. It’s literally free money. What’s not to love about that !
