The app is useless to me since I live in Canada and the only drop down option for shipping is US.

We do offer Canada shipping in our app! To update your region, go to Account → Quince → Under "Customer Service" → one of our Regions will appear, and you can click on Canada as an option. If you're not seeing it, we'd love to help troubleshoot. Please reach out to us at care@ca.onequince.com with a screenshot, and we'll take a closer look. Your experience matters to us! ❤️

Each style may mean a variation in your size. Returns are easy! I am beginning to get a feel for what I like in which style. I also like my clothes to be really loose.

In placing an order for a down comforter to use for my filler with the European sham set I ordered the incorrect size by mistake. The customer service at Quince is flawless! There is none better. There are no issues, nothing is a problem for them. So easy… they shipped me the correct size no problem. I have purchased luggage, bed linens, clothes…. They are truly the best there is, attached to great quality goods!
