App is as sloppy as the company

I signed up for text messages to receive a $40 off $300 purchase and it was supposed to be automatically deducted from my purchase at checkout but the discount is nowhere to be found. Support was zero help so I’m giving up and abandoning the cart. Their loss. Avoid this app and company. How could they be trusted if they can’t even get a basic discount right. Almost feels intentional.

Quince is the greatest find ever. I love absolutely everything I’ve bought (in multiples). It’s incredible quality, easy returns if necessary and the choices are great. The only thing that’s bad is if they discontinue something I love.
