Hi, thanks for flagging this — we want to get it resolved. If your subscription was canceled through the App Store and you're still being charged, that shouldn't happen, and we want to find out why. We'd also like to check the website and support contact issue you mentioned — that may point to outdated info that needs fixing. Please email hello@quiver.fit with your account/transaction details. We reply within 60 minutes, and if a charge went through in error, we'll refund it in full — plus give you unlimited Quiver access as an apology.
It gets stuck

Hi Salito_01, sorry about this — getting stuck after the first video points to a playback or download bug, not something a reinstall should fix. Please email hello@quiver.fit with your device model so we can diagnose it. We'll issue a refund and add lifetime Quiver app access either way for the trouble.
