Looks good, but doesn’t work
Entirely frustrating app. Connects to the device (I have the mask), but I need to connect 3 to 4 times before the app recognises the mask properly. I don’t understand why if you have registered the item in the app that it continually asks for you to confirm when you want to run the device. Surely if you’re connecting you want to run it? Tempting to give up on the app completely and just run it “offline”.

App sucks
The face mask is nice. The app is trash. If I knew the app was awful I probably wouldn’t have bought the mask. It disconnects all the time, making me reconnect a million times before I can actually use the mask. If you haven’t bought the mask already, don’t.
Never works correctly
Every time I try to log an infusion treatment it sits there thinking forever and never logs it on the calendar.
Won’t log treatment
Won’t log the treatment in the calendar and then doesn’t notify you of your next treatment. Missed the day I should have done my second treatment, not a great start to using the product.
Love the device HATE the app
The app doesn’t connect to the mask. You’d think for nearly $400 the app would work so you can use the device as it was intended
