This app asks to update and each time I select “update” it takes me to the App Store to “open” and there is no update.
New update not working
Keep showing the pop ip of a new update which is already installed. Don’t see anything new and the performance still the same.
Stopped Working
This app was working at first and then something happened where now it prompts me to sign up again every time but rejects my attempts, so I’m totally unable to use the app. Very annoying. Mask is great, but without the app I can’t use the specific zone controls. Seems like a very brittle app design.

App doesn’t work.
I wasn’t able to create an account. It kept giving me error messages.
App works till it doesn't
The app stopped working after it updated. Then it said I don't have an account. I created a new account and every time I go on the app it says there is an app update but it already downloaded. It's super frustrating because the Face mask is amazing!
I am giving 3 stars because when I created a new account my history came back and that is really the main reason I use the app. As of right now I have the option to click update later and keep using with my history showing

Update 8/11/26
What’s wrong with this update? I have been trying for 30 mins to get into my account and it keeps asking me to update my personal details. I then get Something went wrong try again later. For over 30 mins? Fix this I paid too much to not be able to use it!!

Awful and frustrating
This app is so poorly designed that after the latest update I can no longer sign in to my account so the app is useless. It keeps asking me to complete my profile and then cannot continue due to an error in the app. Fix this now! Ughhhhhhhh
Want it to work
I so wanted this app to work, but it’s stuck asking for the profile to be updated and errors out. It’s annoying and I cannot see the history anymore.
Totally Broken :(
It was working fine until a couple days ago. Now it won’t let me use it or log in, I keep getting stuck at the page where it wants me to update my profile. So I am unable to update my progress or access my previous updates. Super frustrating.

Looks good, but doesn’t work
Entirely frustrating app. Connects to the device (I have the mask), but I need to connect 3 to 4 times before the app recognises the mask properly. I don’t understand why if you have registered the item in the app that it continually asks for you to confirm when you want to run the device. Surely if you’re connecting you want to run it? Tempting to give up on the app completely and just run it “offline”.

App sucks
The face mask is nice. The app is trash. If I knew the app was awful I probably wouldn’t have bought the mask. It disconnects all the time, making me reconnect a million times before I can actually use the mask. If you haven’t bought the mask already, don’t.
Never works correctly
Every time I try to log an infusion treatment it sits there thinking forever and never logs it on the calendar.
Won’t log treatment
Won’t log the treatment in the calendar and then doesn’t notify you of your next treatment. Missed the day I should have done my second treatment, not a great start to using the product.
Love the device HATE the app
The app doesn’t connect to the mask. You’d think for nearly $400 the app would work so you can use the device as it was intended
Easy & Efficient
This app automatically connected to my Qure face mask. Works great! The targeted treatment is so cool. I love doing the blue light on my cheeks and chin where I’m most acne prone. Also love that I can set a notification for a daily reminder to do my treatment! 10/10
Connects but Never tracks
Device connects but can’t seem to track my daily sessions.
Needs more work
Recent update made it easier to connect the app to the device but it no longer keeps track of what days you've used it. Attempts to notify the developer just links to home page of Qure's website.
