No Show Appointment
Booked an appointment and they never showed up. I reached out twice within the app with no response. I then called customer service four times and no one answered - it went to voicemail. I finally heard back that no one had ever received my appointment. Do not use this app.
Ruined paint
Used paint on my tires to make them look clean and on first drive it ruined the whole car paint.
Awesome service
I live in San Francisco and have used the service twice so far. Both times, the service was great and the car was left incredibly clean. In fact, cleaner than with a conventional car wash at a competitive price. And all of this without using all of the water that a traditional wash uses. And further, I always expect over time someone at the regular car wash will ding my car or wheels to some degree. With Qweex, your car never moves so the odds of any damage during the work is almost zero. Overall I didn’t know what to expect but so far Qweex has been great on both the service and sustainability front.

Horrible customer service and poor cleaning
The tech Jose P came on time. I tried to chat with him but he was rather terse. I asked him what solution he is using to clean my car, and he said “just soap and water”. The only other equipment he used was a piece of microfiber cloth that looked dirty. He finished the job in less than 30mins. Mind you, this is an SUV. He then left without even giving me a chance to do an inspection first. And given his “professional” equipment, it was not surprising that many spots were missed and I had to finish the job. So if you just want to pay $45 to have someone come with a bottle of soap water to wipe down your car for 20-30 mins, go ahead. But I could probably have gotten a cleaner car doing it myself with a rinse less wash and wax in 10mins. I don’t even know how these guys stay in business.
Update: I am updating my review to 3 stars since the company reached out and offered a refund and provided explanations. Kudos to them for the responsive service. I will give them a second chance and further update my review after that.

Every time I enter my phone number the app throws errors before I can put in the 2 factor code. I can’t even get past the first screen to use the app.
Stopped working in iOS 14
It was great but then stopped working after iOS 14 upgrade.
Update: It’s fixed now but all data is completely gone so I have to re-enter everything.

Great wash - Poor support
I used Qweex 5-6 times total.
They are always on time, the car is sparkling, overall it’s very convenient.
I take one star down because there is no way to connect to the Customer support or reschedule. It used to be great - but this week (beginning of October 2020) it didn’t work at all. I needed to reschedule for later or at least to find out more precisely when my cleaner was coming (they give you 1 hour window). I tried to reach them over chat and over text several times - no answer. And no phone number. However, when my cleaner was on the way, I got an automatic notification and then I was able to reach him personally and he got back to me right away. He finished my SUV (exterior and interior, no detailing) under 40 minutes, that was great.

Bizarre experience, bad service
I booked a cleaning of our car and this app sent the cleaner to the wrong city. Their support team blamed it on me even tho I have never been to the address they sent the cleaner to. It was super weird and sketchy. Def avoid this biz.
Great service & app
After my car got broken into, I wanted to get it thoroughly cleaned ASAP. Qweex was amazing. Very easy to use the app, the service was super fast (the tech came within an hour) and he did an amazing job & the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend

App Is Unresponsive
Terrible app. I kept getting error messages and cannot complete request. No way I can even use this app they need to hire new engineers or fix the problem.
Absolutely terrible, unprofessional business
They canceled their service three times after confirming a booking, two of which were 10-20 minutes before the hour window provided was over. In no case did they offer compensation.
Clearly a case of a startup that doesn’t understand business fundamentals of customer acquisition, retention, or matching supply with demand. Wouldn’t expect to see this around much longer, just like Luxe.
