wouldn’t let create an account
I entered my US cell number and filled out the account creation info, but it never texted me a verification code. I tried several times. Also, I tried to go to their website but it wouldn’t load and had an error. Seems like a summer school project rather than a functioning product and service.
Good App
The app works good. They always have promo codes so my rides are cheap and the drivers are friendly.
Terrible
Can never get a driver, the one time indid he was going opposite direction and asking where I am… why set a pickup location if you cant follow it?
Finally works!
I used this app after the new update and it worked! We booked a ride home from the Airport for a great price! Totally recommended
App Broken
Installed Aug 10 2025, was excited to try a local alternative that treated its drivers better, but the app gets stuck in an update loop and never allows access. It just continually pops up a restart to update button, and when you hit it restarts and then pops it up again.
Worst worst worstest
I don’t know why they crated this app, their tech is not at all working, they don’t have drivers and they ask us to use it . What an awful app. Never seen something worst on AppStore.
Driver cancel the ride on time
I booked a ride through the R Hero Ride app, and although the driver cancelled the ride on time, it caused me a lot of trouble and made me late for work. I was depending on that ride, and the sudden cancellation was very inconvenient.
Dumb app
First time I used the app, it wouldn’t let me book a ride but they took money out of my bank account. I tried and tried but it kept me taking me back to where you put the address in. If you do use this app, always check your bank account. You never know if they’ll take money.
Amazing App
I’ve been using r-hero for the last week, and I absolutely love it! The app is super user-friendly, and the rides are always prompt and comfortable. What’s been a game-changer for me are the promo codes—they’ve helped me save so much money on my daily commutes. I really appreciate how easy it is to find and apply them. Amazing service and easy to use app!! Fast and efficient and reliable! I will never use uber or Lyft again as I’d much rather use R-Hero!
