Terrible app and website

Every time I have tried to redeem my points, something has gone wrong. And the one time I was able to redeem it was only after 20 minutes on the phone with IT and even then I could no longer log into the app and had to use the website. Which also constantly fails on me when I try to redeem points. Honestly I am so done and will be going elsewhere for gas and snacks. I know that doesn’t affect a huge company in the long run but the least they can do is have a working app.
