Horrible App
My 10yo could design a better app. It crashes. Doing searches doesn’t do any good, it still brings up the whole dang store. No autofills for check out. If the 90s had apps this would be it!!! Clunky!!!
Horrible website and app
The app and website constantly says, bad credentials, despite changing and re changing my password. Looks like the tech people suck here as this has been an ongoing issue.
Worst App
Probably the worst app I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even use the BOGO Version on my purchases. Back to the actual website I go. A true rip off.

Terrible App
Low quality
Trouble logging in
Hate the app. Like the store. I’ve logged in multiple times and had to change my password so many times due to the app logging me out of my account. No matter what I do, a banner will pop up saying “BAD CREDENTIALS” when I’m simply logging in my information. I don’t understand how such a big corporation like Rack Room can have an app like this.

Lacks order/package tracking
The app is ok but it does not give any details on order status or package tracking after making a purchase.
Not bad but could be a lot better
The app does seem to do its job, but it’s in a desperate need of an overhaul. It’s menus are vary old school design. And it doesn’t feel like an office app. Additionally most store apps offer sore reason to keep the app download such as a shortcut to your loyalty card or app exclusive rewards. Making the web version almost better.

Would love to buy the products, but it doesn’t let you!
I love Rack Room Shoes, I also love the app as well, I shop online often, but when I came across to an item called Bogg Bag, they are very nice rubber tote bags, your not even able to buy them, yet they show all of them on the app, I see that they have them in some store locations, but they are no where near me, and I would love to buy the Bogg Bag, it’s very frustrating because I can go and buy a Bogg Bag from a different company, but I want to order from you guys, it’s like a tease. Rack Room, if you’re seeing this review, if you could make the Bogg Bags available to order online, I would love that and I would order one right away!

It looks like the app has been updated, but before it was I was having issues with signing in, I even emailed the company and I think I wrote a review then. Just now when I went on the app I thought to myself maybe since it’s been updated I won’t have a problem signing in, boy was I mistaken. I went to sign in a banner popped up on the sign in screen and it say BAD CREDENTIALS. I even tried changing my password and still the same thing. This issue has been going on for months!

I love the store; Hate the app
The app has soooooooo many bugs. I have issues logging in, saving items, and even purchasing items. It makes it so difficult. I cannot right now retrieve my purchase history.
I’m not an app developer or webmaster but RRS must do better in their IT Department. Business wise you can potentially lose so much money for not having a shopping app work properly.

don’t bother using this
customer support recommends their web site and that’s just as bad. i’m so frustrated i don’t even want to talk about it. go to another store it’s easier.
Bad app and website
It was so hard checking out at the web page, I could not make my order, because it would say that I didn’t enter a delivery address. So I went to the app which is pretty bad as well as the web site and I got a different amount for shipping. 😒

Doesn’t load, constantly freezes and it’s not easy to filter by what you’re looking for. Don’t bother saving things to your wish list because you will never find it again.
How does an app this bad get made
Not only does this app take forever to load anything. There also appears to be no way to log in with an existing account. This app is completely useless at the moment.
