Easy to use app
I heard about the app on Facebook and downloaded it. On our last day in Paris we had a late flight so looked for a drop off point close to Châtelet Les Halles which is the station for the RER train to CDG. App was very easy to use. Service at our drop off was very good. Would recommend this service

Unsuitable storage and difficult to feed back
The storage provided was not suitable and caused a lot of stress. No one met me in person and when I did get through by phone codes were explained in Spanish. The app doesn’t provide an easy way to feed back and the ‘customer support’ took a long time to acknowledge the problems.

Really great customer service
The woman today was so helpful! She was thorough and sweet. I overbooked the number of bags needed and she was so concerned. Kept offering to bring more or add more time for free. I thought it was really nice! Made me really trust them with my luggage. The whole process was super easy and sure enough, 10 hours later, all 12 of our bags/suitcases for 6 people were all there!

Easy and friendly
This was a great experience, the hotel is open 24/7 which was so convenient for me because I needed to drop off my luggage early in the morning. The staff were friendly and it was a very efficient experience, they also let me use the guest bathroom when I picked up my luggage.

Convenient location close to Columbus Monument
Very easy for cruise passengers after getting off or taking cruise buses or shuttles at World Trade centre…about 8 minutes walk. Location is inside Market Sial in a separate secured area at the back of the supermarket.

Waiting for hotel to be ready
We had to spend few hours downtown Rome waiting for our room. Rather than sitting around with luggage started to explore. Great service easy to find. Staff nice and friendly, Thank you
