Great location
This drop off is perfect if you need to store bags for the day before checking into your accommodation. Straight off the train, cross the road and you’re there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is it’s down steep stairs however as I was on my own with young children, one of the men carried my suitcase. We used this facility twice on our trip and will definitely be returning next time.

Sneaky charges
Book somewhere that open until 8pm. However, booking it was only until 4pm. Had to pay extra again. Use a different app.

Exactly what it says on the tin — easy, safe, quick storage
Terrible directions, not even in storage
The stated address/location was inaccurate, wandering aimlessly in boiling hot temperatures with all our luggage. Only found it thanks to locals. Upon arrival it turns out the “storage” is just shoving our cases and bags underneath some tables in a restaurant. Never touching this app again, absolute con artists charging €24 for it too.

Some location is not available or not open on time and you need to wait until the admin figure out what to do, so it might ruin a whole trip. Be careful

Cabin bag storage
Excellent service! Really easy to book online, business located in the “excess luggage”kiosk just next to boots. Only gripe wish they were open later than 11pm told to be there no later than 10:40 which made it hard to get across London from a gig that finished at 10pm so had to leave early 😕 would recommend, lovely guys in the shop very helpful!

A fantastic concept and easy app. Big big kudos to the gentleman at the location I used - I would leave my bag there again even if I didn’t need to just so I could say hello to him. Seamless, safe and affordable!
Terrible experience
I had a very bad experience with this app. Not only was I charged much more than I should have been, but I was also charged in a currency I did not choose. I tried to cancel the order, but it was not possible. I also attempted to contact customer support through the chat, and they blocked me!
I ended up not using the service at all and still got charged on my credit card. Their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Waterloo (Grabo connivence store)
Left my bag here for the day whilst walking around London so I could collect before heading back on the train from Waterloo. Simple easy process. Helpful and polite staff in the shop. Would recommend
