Stopped working after a week
I downloaded this and did shopping and it stopped working after just a week. Seems like a scam as I was racking up a reward and now the app won’t work at all.

What’s not to love? Earn money via their Big Fat Check quarterly on purchases you’re making! I’ve been doing this since before the name change and have NEVER had any problems.

I love Rakuten. I never have issues. My only suggestion would be to save some basic information so that we’re not having to input it all of the time. Otherwise, if you don’t have it, you’re missing out.

App is broken
App allows me to select the merchant and click Continue, but then shows a blank white browser screen within the app. Useless.

I’ve used quite a few famous cashback apps that only resulted in many bureaucratic hurdles resulting in loss of my cashback rewards. I’ve just signed up to Rakuten and found their tracking is much quicker and almost immediate rather than delayed/lost. I hope I continue to review Rakuten’s performance to decide whether to continue or not. So far so good!
