My Card Is Stuck On Lock!
I go to the main Rally app and click on menu and click on smart card and then it takes me to the stupid App Store now and when I click open for this app it wants me to go back to the other app to go through menu smart card again and it just goes round and round and I can’t get in to unlock my card
Steps to login
Once you have downloaded this app. Go back to the main rally app, click menu and then click smart card. Once you do, it will take you back to this app and open up. I just figured this out after messing with it for awhile on my iPhone. This directive should be created to help users figure out this process.

i love/hate
can log in, use it, have no problem with it besides the fact i tried to put in my new debit card, it’s sending a code to my old email address. even though my email and everything else is updated. it’s very frustrating

I just opened a second account in just my name and was given a flyer with a QR code for this app and it refuses to let me sign in claiming unknown credentials ie bad username and password yet there’s no place to attempt to create a new username account Highly disappointing
Log in issues
Cant even log in and not even manually nor through their app. Waste of time.
I hate the name change
This app has no been updated for 2 months. This app might as well be combined with the base app. The app keeps crashing and I can’t access my card. Thanks to Rally for not letting me access or use my card because they can’t manage or fix an app.
Poorly designed
Unable to register card because it refers to a verification email which is INCORRECT. Multiple attempts with financial institution to correct have failed. App is therefore WORTHLESS. Deleting it
Never opens
When I try to get into the app, it never opens. It redirects me to the main navy army app and then …that’s it. Nothing happens and I have yet to see how this app fully operates. If I were you don’t waste your time trying to get this to work.
Cant Sign In
Signing in barely functions but once you manage to get in, the app is useful. App would be 4/5 stars if signing in worked.
