Frustrating at best
I always try and start with a positive statement. Navigation is pretty good but that the only positive comment I can make about this app. The biggest problem is that I have to confirm the connection to apple health each day to upload my steps. It will not do it automatically. It also shorts my steps by 100-800 steps daily. The courses are too sparse. Five courses a year to earn points is ridiculous. Due to this you spend a large amounts of your time clicking on the 1-3 point cards and this defeats the purpose of getting someone off their electronics to pursue a healthy lifestyle. Staring at your phone and clicking is not healthy. Explain this, my engagement score started at 70 and I filled all the engagement metrics better than the day before and the score dropped to 69.

Excellent health maintenance program
I have learned a great deal about how to use different foods to help lower my blood pressure. There are webinars to fit in exercise in small chunks of time like 15 minutes and fantastic race the globe which unfortunately I have not been able to get into a team of more than 3 so had to miss that opportunity đŤŁ.

Terrible App
App constantly shuts down while using. And worst of all, syncing my steps is always a struggle & have had to contact support twice for the same issue. Was told I had to use Google chrome, then chrome stopped syncing with it. If itâs going to make me sign into my phones browser then whatâs the point of the app itself? What a failure of a âhealth app.â

This is a really terrible platform, but reviews probably wonât matter for you as you are likely forced to use it by your employer. So much wrong here: confusing interface, silly advice, bad videosâthe list goes on. This is much more likely to bore or irritate you than improve your health. The worst part: Ramp Health lets your employer do things like throttle the response time of the software, making it run reaaaaalllllly sloooooooow to discourage you from using it. This is ugly corporate behavior at its worst.

Can not log in
Iâve been trying to use this app for 2 years now for my employer. It will not let me log in at all. I can use desktop but the app has never worked. I donât know how people use it because no one seems to be able to fix this issue with the app. Not a single person has been able to address this issue. Waste of time.

App doesnât sync steps or award points correctly
It doesnât consistently sync my steps from my Apple Health app. Despite logging in everyday as advised by their IT team, it doesnât resolve the issue and in fact it keeps logging me out. It also wonât allow me to log in when Iâm out of the country so all the 20,000-30,000+ steps that I did per day while on vacation wonât count. Why do I care so much? My employer awards us money at the end of the year based on how many points we get. I notice the app randomly shortchanges me on how many points. 1000 steps should be 1 point, and there have been days that Ramp Health would say I did 14,000+ steps and yet it only gives me 3 points for that day. At this point I give up. I message their IT team and all they say is they donât have the ability to correct the number of steps or points on their end. Would give this app 0 stars if it was possible.

My job offers monetary incentives based on health initiatives that require accurate reporting on Ramp Health. The app refuses to sync with my Apple Health app preventing accurate reporting. This is limiting my ability to gain the incentive this year which Iâve gotten multiple years before we switched to Ramp Health. Iâm hoping my job doesnât require use of this app next year

I donât write too many reviews but Iâve never had such a poorly built app installed on my phone. If this wasnât a requirement for me it would be in the trash. Iâve done QA on apps and software and I cannot believe this is an actual live version. UI not friendly, Connecting apps for tracking purposes donât work, trying to watch a video wonât work. iPhone 16 max pro.
