Worked perfectly
Lots of complaints about this app, but it took 5 minutes to learn how to use and worked perfectly. Don’t be put off by user error.
Frozen
The app freezes at the passport scan and is unresponsive afterwards. Can’t even setup a profile.
Had to create a new account using a different email.
This app worked the first two times I used it. Then the third time when I was trying to sign in, it said that I didn’t have an account with that email. I knew that I did, so I tried to reset my password thinking maybe it was a fluke. Once again, I was told that that email was unregistered. So I try to register again. Then after going through all of the registration process, it tells me that the email that I used has already been registered. After three more attempts at this, redownloading the app, and trying to reset my password, I’m effectively locked out of the app before using my student email account to make a new account. You can tell that almost no effort went into this app despite people paying stupid sums of money for what are effectively the same thing as NHS tests, and this being their lifeline for travel. Absolute waste of time.

Sign up and register and then can’t login , can’t re-use email address , password recovery doesn’t work . Super clunky .
Easy @ home test pick-up, certificate in 30 Mins
I ordered a rapid antigen test so I can fly home to NYC from London. Pick-up of the test was easy from a local Costcutter store. Did the test at home the day before my flight per US travel rules. A ‘positive’ certificate came back within 30-mins. I redid the test with one of the NHS tests too, to be sure, and both were indeed positive :( so yes, these test work and certificates are timely! Will order another & try again in a week!

Works Perfectly
Just to echo the previous review, I encountered no issue when uploading my passport and scanning my test result. I received my certificate within 10 minutes after I uploaded my test result. If there were bugs they’ve fixed it now. Overall I’m very happy with the experience. Highly recommend.
UK pre flight to USA
Needed a Covid test to fly back to USA from UK. Ordered the “Remote Lateral Flow Test Randox CertiFly”which is a rapid home test and MUCH less expensive than the PCR test. Cost was £24. Arrived about 3 or 4 days after I ordered it. Used the app to register, and then when I tested the day before traveling it was easy to upload the result to the app. Got a pdf certificate emailed back about an hour later confirming my negative result. Then used that with the separate VeriFLY app which enabled no-hassle flight home.
Considering all the confusion and dodgy options out there I was really relieved that Randox worked so well. Highly recommended!

App works just fine
I see other reviews from a couple months ago complained about the app not working. Randox must've fixed issues because it worked great to submit a Fit to Fly test for me this morning.
Passport scanning was a little janky. Would like to see more native design language. Otherwise good.

This is not even a usable app
Terrible app, can’t even sign in.
Absolutely un-usable
I registered and went through the whole process of reporting a test. I received no certificate via mail. Now the app won’t let me sign in again (user not recognized) nor re-register (user already registered)!! How can I both already have registered and yet not be registered?!?!
Not user friendly
The UI is so bad my mom had an anxiety attack trying to figure out what it was asking for. The AI on my phone decided to place the password box on top of the sign in box so I was unable to even sign in and figure out the problems for her. My friends have coded better apps than this. My advice: Find a different way to do this.
