One star until support get back to me
Have used before without problem. But my latest appointment wasn’t in system upon arrival and am waiting results several days later and the support staff are not replying. The chat support is not working across any system. Will update review as and when I get my results / supports response.

Terrible Service – Lost My Test Kit and Ignored Me!
I had an awful experience with Randox Health. I ordered a home test kit, sent it back as instructed, and then… nothing. They lost my kit and completely stopped responding to my emails and calls. Instead of offering a replacement or a solution, they just vanished and ignored me. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s unacceptable. I paid for a service I never received, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be scammed!

Doesn’t work
If you get to actually log in! I tried reading/watching some posts in the ‘knowledge’ section, nothing happens! I have an account but my results aren’t there. Its useless. The most frustrating part is that I reported all this to Randox last year and eventually received a response that was both rude and unhelpful

Awful
When I press on any icon it either crashes or opens up a blank page showing me nothing. The only thing is seems to good at is connecting to my health and data mining me.
