The tracking is broken driver is on some street in real time but app shows somewhere and can’t call can’t add stop cant do anything never use this app
Disappointing
Charging me for canceled rides. No way to contact support. The app is always crashing and doesn’t show the drivers location. Your drivers put that they few minutes before they actually arrive and i get charged extra for that with no way to report them. I was the biggest supporter but will never use again.

I have been using this app for a while now, and the drivers in this app is very inconsistent. Highly suggest you never use this app when in a rush. It’s been a couple of times I have used app to go to work I don’t have to call a ride 30mins prior my work but every time this app shows 6mins waiting period the ride shows up 15mins later. I have been late to work consistently due to this, and they wouldn’t even refund me. So I lose money, don’t get good service and lose my dignity at my workplace. Highly Do Not Recommend.

Charged me extra and drivers are scammers
The driver arrived at the wrong location and I was incorrectly charged a waiting fee. I tried to get assistance through the AI support in the app, but it was not functioning properly. I then contacted support by email, but they mistakenly changed my payment ID. As a result, not only was I charged additional fees, but the remaining balance in my app account is now missing as well.

I was really amazed at how quickly they responded to my concern. I initially reached out via email about an issue with the app, and even when I was still having trouble due to my phone, they immediately sent someone to assist me. They sent Jaspal, who carefully checked my phone, identified the cause of the problem, and resolved it right away. I truly appreciate their fast response and excellent customer service.

New update: can’t get otp code
Just got the new update. Tried to log in with my number but I never received the otp code. Double checked that I typed the number correctly and that my internet works fine. Seems like the app is buggier than before, please fix this.

PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. 5 TIMES A LOT OF RIDER DONT DROP ME OFF FROM MY HOUSE CAUSE ITS ON THE MAIN ROAD ASKING IF THEY CAN DROP ME OFF AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. A LOT OF THEM ARE VERY RUDE.
