Don’t don’t don’t use RazorpayX. If you’re a startup , your failure is guaranteed if you use this app. Pathetic experience. No contact point. No ethics. If u read this and still going with it nobody can save you. Don’t ignore my warning.

Login doesn’t work on Mobile app
Login doesn’t work on mobile app while the same creds work on browser.
The customer service support is absolutely mediocre. One - there is one phone support. Two- it takes hours to get a response. Three - Inadequate response, if you clearly ask 3 questions, they will respond to one. Then you ask another question, the whole cycle of hours of waiting starts. The product is great as long as there is absolutely no problem. But once there is a problem, god help you getting a resolution.

Same issue as others. Login not working on app only on desktop
On the app it says incorrect credentials, while the same credentials work on desktop. I believe its due to the confusing name and this app has nothing to do with razorpayX payroll service. Which is confusing alot of people as the reviews of this problem are well older than an year. Please put a a disclaimer if so.

Phone app is not working
Whenever I am trying to login to Razorpay app it shows user name or password is not correct but at the same working successfully on desktop. They should fix the issue.

Login and the screen goes black. You don’t see any options. It’s a DEAD APP!
Can’t log in
Can not login, neither email-password combination nor sign-in with google works. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Will revert ratings post this much needed patch ✌️

Successful login through desktop/laptop but a similar attempt on the mobile platform doesn’t work even when logged out of from other devices.
