Good for work
Good program. Easy to work with. Has some mistakes with frozen synchronization for long period of time and crash after it.
App is convenient, but fails in a key area
Upon selection of a customer, the app is so slow to load customer information (or it crashes while attempting to load the customer) that I have stopped trying to begin work orders, tasks, invoices, etc. altogether on the app and resort to the laptop version. I also would like to have the option of switching off the map when loading customer information, as it is useless when you work at multiple end customer locations through a handful of dealers. It is still handy and works fine in other areas.

Good program but a lot of "work arounds"
No asset tracking, large companies with multiple contacts and addresses are very different to manage in this program. PM's are not easy to set up and manage from the app. The company has been promising to fix these issues for years but has not delivered. Customer service is friendly but the real technical people are generally unavailable. Pricing is very reasonable but would pay more if they could get the program to do a better job at managing my crew and customers.

No support
Possibly user error but there is no Customer support for this app. Phone number is fake, no email and the website has fake links or lack thereof.
Crashes
For the past two months i have had to reset my phone for razor sync to work. All my other apps work so i know its not my phone or internet. I literally have to turn off my phone and turn it back on. If not it will just continuously say “sync in progress” but not do anything. And this puts me in a tough spot at work since i cant do my notes during that time period. Please fix this
