Hindi makalog-in
Malaking companya pero hindi makaprovide ng maayos na mga developer ng kanilang app. Tuwing may update hindi naka makalog in.
Paano ka makapagcheck ng balance mo at credit card balance kung hindi ka naman makalog-in.
Another issue: nakapagchange o update kana ng bago mong mobile number sa kanilang branch 2yrs ago. Nagperma ka pa ng form para makapag-update ng mobile number pero tuwing nagkakaroon ng updates ang apps ng Rbank digital bumabalik yung old numner na hindi mo na ginagamit. Doon na pupunta sa old number(hindi mo na ginagamit ng dalawang taon) ang OTP.
Ano bang klaseng mga developer yan? Nakapa incompetent naman sayang sahod ninyo. Daming bugs yung system at app.

Fund Transfer Schedule
Altho there are so many glitches happened to my scheduled fund transfer, esp start of the month, the fund does not transfer accordingly.
But Im disappointed now that they took it away, its not anymore in the app.

Worst bank i’ve ever had
Been a stressfull experience with This bank last year. It took a year to fix the invalid charges on my card. Despite of being enrolled in GoLighter installment plan. Every month it keeps adding invalid charges on my statement, crazy! I had to call every month to escalate, email their customer service and collection department, sobrang stress ang inabot ko. It affected my daily lives, mental health and everything. Buti na lang I fully paid it. I cancelled the card. Not worth the energy. Never again I patronize RBANK. It was a trauma!

TRASH DIGITAL APP AND MORE
Rbank digital app not working. Im truly disappointed. At first, it was working perfectly fine, but then, one day, it stopped working after the latest update. After updating, it no longer accepts my login. I need to pay my bills, and now, I have to hustle to find an ATM. Not to mention that most bpi atms dont work with rbank, as they always show an exceeds limit error. (in specific the megamall area) Please fix your digital app and online banking. I tried to access it through the website, but it also gives an error message. If it werent for my company's decision, I wouldnt use this bank! I tried to install uninstall then it wont recognized that Im using the same phone says it already linked to an existing... Im only using one phone. Now I have to wait 24hours. This is very inconvenient! 2 stars since Im very understanding, It should be one star or no star. SIGHS

Rbank update
I can’t access my account due to updating system ill trying to update my app but still ca’nt open! Its hard for me to call the customer service because im overseas. Fix this app please!!!!
Still no lock/unlock feature
I am one of the founding member of Dos Mastercard but until now, their mobile app still has no lock & unlock feature for security purpose. My card has been hacked twice already. Among my 6 credit cards, only robinson bankard has no security features even though it has been merged with BPI. I hope they improve their security.

Worst app ever
I have been trying to log in to my rbank account for days now, reinstalled several times but the same pop up window keeps showing up “system is being updated”. Please fix this as soon as possible! Read your reviews and do something about it. So f’ing hassle!!!

Hey RBank digital, do you have plans of resolving the log in issue? I cant seem to log in to the app for 2 weeks now. I asked around and it seems that other users are experiencing the same. Please roll out a patch/fix or whatnot. Thank you

Why cant i log in
So Ive been using the app for almost a year and just This month during March i couldnt log in; so Ive asked someone who also had a rbank acc thats a current acc (since i had a savings) and she then have said she cant log in too and the problem is, I use the app to strictly control my spending and I istg it was so good up until this month after the update message for some reason i cant in like at all so whenever i have if i have money i have to go to the bank, rather than doing it digitally.

Endless server maintenance and errors
I only use this app once or twice a month (usually during paydays) and its either gonna give me an error saying to try again or the server is under maintenance… it’s frustrating especially if you need to bank transfer for emergencies.
Online Platform
I opened a savings account and tried to register my account in mobile banking. Issues were:
1. Online banking says "Email Address (Optional)" and when I skipped it, the registration is not going through and is asking for the email address.
2. When I entered my email address it keeps saying "Uh-oh, the entered email blah bla blah..." This is the email address I submitted during appication and have been using the same email for many years and not sure why it is not working.
Hoping your team can check on this issues. Thanks!

App has been updating for two days now
Worst bank app in the Philippines handsdown. All of my co-workers have not been able to make transfers for two days now and some that had "successful" transfers have their money "floating" god knows where. Hopefully their issues get resolved asap. If this weren't my payroll account I would have closed this account years ago. Glad BPI is taking over soon.

No option to view Credit Card SOA
The application is intuitive. I just hope that there is an option to view Credit Card Statement of Account in the future update.

If would best If OFW account holders could use their international number rather than providing a PH number for convenience and ease of access on OTPs
Disappointed
Hi, please cancel my credit card, i was told my card will be replaced but it’s been a few days and I have not received the new one yet. I tried sending emails, no one answers back, i reported a fraudulent transaction and yet you send me a bill that I have to pay for what I didn’t purchase from my card, so disappointing, let alone the security of using the card. I don’t even use it for any online and personal transaction and yet my account was still hacked. Someone please get back to me. I don’t feel safe with your bank anymore.

Long waiting time for customer service via phone. No replies through e-mail. You can’t create an online account (for those with credit card account only). So this app and their website is useless for those with credit card only. Can’t speak for those with savings account.
Frequent app updates
This app is a headache for me. I can open for a day and wont work for weeks. Its hard to update since i am in a ship so I cant open it till I update. And it does have frequent updates. Difficult for people relying on online banking and does have limited internet connection.
RBank App is SOOO unreliable
Balances on this app isn’t accurate and most of the time it doesn’t even show.
