Ummm hello
My last update - happy to say that I am finally trashing this piece of junk and have replaced it with another reliable brand of camera.
So did the developer go on vacation and shut down the app server while away? Cannot connect the app to the camera. Hello, anybody home.....

Not reliable
When the camera is working, I like it, but otherwise it has been a pain. It will randomly stop working and then I have to spend hours troubleshooting. This happens probably once a month. I’ve had the camera for a year and all of a sudden, no matter what I do, I can’t access the camera via the app. I recommend finding a more reliable camera and app.
Edit to add: I have now, six months after my original review, bumped the stars down to 2 and don’t suggest this terrible garbage app to anyone. At least once a month, I have to spend literally hours troubleshooting because the motion alerts will just stop working even though I have all the settings correct for them to be working. It’s seriously enraging and at this point, I’d like to throw the camera out the window.

I’ve Been Using These Cameras For 6 Months Now and I Love Em!! Love The Night Vision On Them. I have 3 And they All Work The Same & The App Is Super Easy To Use!!
RCA WIFI Security System
We love our security system! It has 4 cameras with a wide view and the clarity is awesome. Highly recommend. We love being able to watch it from our phones as well!
Horrible app...nothing like the doorbell.
This app only showed real time once. The rest of the time it won’t load. You have constantly download both video and images to view anything and that doesn’t work either. So basically can’t view a thing.
Cannot add a camera
The app is terrible. Really wish I didn’t buy the camera. Can’t even add the camera, the QR code won’t scan.
Great job RCA - Up and running within 10min
I purchased one camera and it flat out wouldn’t connect to my WiFi and gave me trouble; also the app was hard to use. This product out of the box worked with ease - and the customer service number was on the box easily accessible if I needed it.
