Privacy terms
This terms are ridiculous to use the app for the machine that I paid for and have to use as an employment requirement; no one should be forced to accept to this terms to wave their privacy away.
I’ve had better
Just upgraded my cpap from Phillips dream station to Luna g3 cpap. This app is lacking the ability to sync directly with my cpap, instead I have to wait for cpap to sync to cloud, then resync app to cloud. This process is slow. App also doesn’t sync sleep data with Apple HomeKit. My experience with app so far is a definite step down in quality compared to my previous cpap app. I am disappointed.

Love my machine
I love my machine. It is Help my sleep apnea significantly, and I would recommend it to anyone . The app is very easy to use and informative. Highly recommend.
WTF
This app is useless. Data appears then a few days later it disappears. My iPad has 70% missing days activity.
Information not correct
The info on my app is not correct. It went bad about a week ago. I don’t know how to correct it. Please help.

New machine
I find the new machine very easy to use. I had a CPAP machine years ago with a full face mask and it just didn’t work for me. With my phone call support today, (which was excellent.) I now have a full understanding of my machine and how to better use it. The pillow mask I am using is wonderful.

I recently upgraded my machine to a new one by React Health. It is amazing and far better than the one I had before by a different brand. However, I am not able to connect my sleep data collected by the app with Apple Health. It may seem trivial, especially considering the benefits of the new machine, but the current reporting provided by React Health pales in comparison to the data and reports I used to get with my previous machine and its connection to Apple HealthKit. Please consider adding Apple HealthKit compatibility to the app in a future update.

Good CPAP app for the most part. Billing for the CPAP service, not so much.
This app works as I would expect with one exception. The AHI number on the device is almost always about half the number that shows up in the app with no explanation. Feel this is poor as no one at the company could give me an answer either. Other than that, good app. Had lots of problems with the billing for the related services.
