Terrible App!
This app does not work! I tried to call their customer service number 4 times. Nobody answered even though it said I was first in the queue. Left messages…..Never received a callback. Don’t waste your time on this device!
Completely unreliable
Tried to use this for two nights, both times got an error when processing the audio before uploading. Support has no ideas other than to try again. Most likely I will send back without completing the test. Not ready for widespread use.
Update: called the support number on night three after not getting anything to work. They supposedly have night hours and I called in this time range. No one answered so I left a voicemail requesting a callback. I never received one. I sent the device back and will never deal with this company again.

Terribly Unreliable
The app has failed to process my sleep 3 out of 4 nights for my 2 day sleep study. Meanwhile, I'm getting texts from them telling me if I don't complete the study in time I'll be responsible for late fees.
Do yourself a favor and just get your sleep study done at home with equipment from your local hospital. This has been a colossal waste of time.
