Many professional investors find the app very useful. I'm sorry to still see this even after you received a refund. We worked hard to make this app, it has a lot of features that help organize and think through a potential flip before purchasing it and you can create custom presentations to share with others. Please reconsider. Thank you.
Very useful
Very limited app
If you have atleast half an hour to calculate everything yourself then maybe you might like this. If you are looking for a flip calculator that does most of the work for you then this is absolutely not the one for you. I’m honestly very surprised how bad this is especially since it actually costs money. Contacting support has been discontinued on the app so I can not get a refund. It’s only $5 but for how bad this app is I have to say this is a total scam.

You are not correct. The app is very detailed and does calculate all the items in the description.
