We have flipped 13 houses so far and and this little app has made us so much money. We can walk through a house and come up with a decision in minutes on whether the house will be profitable. We are usually within a thousand dollars of the profit. So easy to use. Love it!!!!

Not impressed
I am a realtor and an investor and have asked for a refund on this purchase. This app is in my opinion not sufficient for sophisticated investors.

We worked hard to make this app, it has a lot of features that help organize and think through a potential flip before purchasing it and you can create custom presentations to share with others. Very useful
We use this app for flipping and it gives us good detail so that we are not forgetting something. Works great
Very limited app
Does not do any financing or repair costs even if plugged in. Only calculates purchase price and sale price. Can not contact support. Financing does not factor in even if you plug all factors in and hit save.
If you have atleast half an hour to calculate everything yourself then maybe you might like this. If you are looking for a flip calculator that does most of the work for you then this is absolutely not the one for you. I’m honestly very surprised how bad this is especially since it actually costs money. Contacting support has been discontinued on the app so I can not get a refund. It’s only $5 but for how bad this app is I have to say this is a total scam.

You are not correct. The app is very detailed and does calculate all the items in the description. Awesome app!
Love this app so far! The only thing I would change is to have the option to link properties with another app user. This would make it possible for multiple investors working on the same property to access all of the financials on their own device.

The Notes section need some improvement.

Nice app
I really like this app! The thing that would make it great is if we are able to have the option of submitting a percent for commissions for buying and selling. The commission would be configured by the percentage X sales or purchase price. That way we could run a a few scenarios without having to manually go in and change the commissions.

Issues with the create a PDF and Email features
The app doesn't allow me to email pdf reports. Really disappointed because it's the reason I purchased the app. When I try to email the pdf report this message appears "Error devise is unable to send email in its current state". Besides this issue it is a really useful app. Please fix this issue and the app will get 5 stars from me.

Not intuitive and not flexible
An app for this purpose at the cost of $4.99 justifies the saying "you get what you paid for". I should have paid $19.99 for the other one instead but thought $5 was a small risk.

Very good app! It's been great keeping track of my homes progress during the flip.

This app I use everytime I go into a new house. I go through it before I leave and enter all the info I can then when I get to the house I can see the profit margin change as I enter in construction costs.
I would like to see the time bar at the bottom with labels or a drop down instead so I don't have to look at my holding costs and do the math. It isn't a real useful feature as is.
The other thing I'd love to see and would get a 5 start from me would be if when you entered the address of the property it automatically set the average construction costs, labor and materials, for those items. That would make it the best app. Other than that it's still quite useful.

Great App for Flippers
This app is great for allowing you to enter all expenses on your flip project. It is easy to use and even calculates your carrying charges. This is extremely useful and efficient. Tech support is top notch - I emailed at 11pm and had an answer in less than 10 minutes. A+++++++
