Disappointed
Won money, tried to redeem it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard a word!! I’m assuming this is a scam like all the others!!
Scamming thieves
I’ve played realprize a few times and when I finally won enough to redeem, I requested the redemption instead of adding money to my account they took the redemption amount from my account so they essentially stole $105 out of my account so not only did I not get my redemption. They took money from me when I reported it to them with documentation and evidence they denied it stating that the redemption went through on their end even with clear documentation that that was not true, so I had to report them and still never received my redemption. Thankfully my bank is working getting my money back.

3 weeks and no pay out
I’ve already contacted them multiple times and they keep giving me the same response, “our team is doing there best to get your redemption verified”. How long does it take to verify a transaction, I’ve played many other slots and it never takes this much time. It’s max 2 weeks. If you’re main concern is about the timing of your redemption don’t go with these guys

Wht I just like the most is you have to actually get to $100 before you can cash out I think that so unfair because if you don't get to $100 you have to get a gift card why are you gonna make me spend my money on something that I won't don't I want my cash especially if I put cash in it like I think that's crazy $100 minimum that's ridiculous that you've been lost before you won. It’s gambling so it’s all luck
As a semi gambling attack I’ve tried most platforms I have Around 5 I still play (cc,pf,c.us,< luck,)but this is the the most consistent games I’ve played , I’ve been completely broke logged on with 5 and redeemed hundreds, definitely my favorite casino app
2 days since I redeemed
I cashed out via gift card, it’s been two days I haven’t received an email or nothing confirming my redemption. I’m worried I won’t get paid my $80 dollars. I’ll give an update but seriously no email confirmation…. That happens instantly with all the other sweepstake casino apps. I GUESS WE’LL SEE, that’s where I’m at rn, because they just keep emailing me about promos to buy more coins, but send me no emails about my redemption request. I’ll take this down when I get it but damn so far this APP IS SHADY AF.

Almost had a winner
This app seemed to be one if the few LEGIT ones out there. Had decent design , easy to learn your way around the app. Very nice selection of games etc.
But after about a week I went to log on and it said my account was suspended .
I tried to fix this and it led me to their big shortfall…. The customer service is HORRIFIC !!! Well non -existent is a better word …!!!

Good but very laggy
Definitely a good social casino, but only one big complain is the constant lag for no reason it will take you out of a game while restarting your momentum. Making me question if I would’ve just had a good pull or not. Unfortunately.
Horrible Gaming Platform
I’m livid. I got a new phone and am unable to access my previous account. So I created a new account on my new device with my new phone number. I paid for sc package and begin game play. I ended up winning $780.88. So I began the redemption process. I was unable to get my new account verified. So I contacted support and explained exactly what was happening. I woke up to an email stating my new account had been suspended. I’m not surprised. RealPrize most definitely did not want to payout that money. So instead of honoring my redemption request my account is now suspended. I will NEVER use this gaming platform again. 10/10 I do not recommend!!

Downloaded and added money won on games and tried to cash out and wouldn’t verify my identity reached out to support and have gotten no help.

My thoughts at first was this app is a scam but I take that back I won Monday I did the redemption but every time I looked back on the app it was still saying pending but today 8-7 I received the redemption so it’s a good app just take forever for your redemption other apps are the same day are next depending if it’s a week day
