I won over $250 and it's been 10 days and I did not receive the redemption. It still says pending. The amount of information I had to give to verify myself was a little too much but I did it anyway. For nothing.

Frustrating
Real prize was an awesome app and casino till about a month ago. Before it offered great promos and payouts usually took 3 days. Now all of a sudden a lot of people are promo banned and payout of any amount are taking 4-5 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Emailing their support or VIP doesn’t help
As you get a generic automated response. VIP team doesn’t even reply if they listed ur account as promo banned too. Honestly this was a great casino but something changed a month ago and it’s frustrating. Really fun to play and win but getting the winnings is a whole different matter. I’m on week 4 of waiting for a payout that was redeemed on June 26th. And still nothing and the same response from them. My account is verified and I did provide them any document they asked for. Absolutely ridiculous.

Account deactivated
Won some money tried to redeem and account verification failed reached out to support. They replied and I sent over documents then they tell me my account was permanently deactivated so lost my winnings and now can’t play. Still not totally sure why either. Should be theft.

I don't recommend them, the truth is that it's very long, I have since July 2 and I haven't received my money, it's been 20 days, so you better look for other options
