RealQuantum makes you a Better Appraiser

By being able to take more labeled photos and notes in the same app during inspections and include more details about comparables not only allows you to do appraisals faster but also makes you a better Appraiser by improving your judgment.

Horrible, buggy, limited

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever used. You can’t switch from drawing a floor plan to taking a photo without “capturing” your partial note. It crashes constantly, is not intuitive at all. Written by amateurs and it shows. Apps for residential appraisers, like Total Mobile blow this out of the water. Plus being iOS only is absurd in the modern world.

The compass is a cool feature

Hold the phone landscape and you see a compass to sow what direction you’re facing. Great for Yellow Book. Getting used to this app after all the manual steps to inserting photos and notes in an appraisal report was simple. The key is the auto sync feature. It uploads everything to my assignment in the background. Well crafted app.
