Love the online software and would highly recommend it to anyone with a real estate appraising business. Increased our business’ efficiency by about 30%. By being able to take more labeled photos and notes in the same app during inspections and include more details about comparables not only allows you to do appraisals faster but also makes you a better Appraiser by improving your judgment.

Horrible, buggy, limited
Quite possibly the worst app I have ever used. You can’t switch from drawing a floor plan to taking a photo without “capturing” your partial note. It crashes constantly, is not intuitive at all. Written by amateurs and it shows. Apps for residential appraisers, like Total Mobile blow this out of the water. Plus being iOS only is absurd in the modern world.

The compass is a cool feature
Hold the phone landscape and you see a compass to sow what direction you’re facing. Great for Yellow Book. Getting used to this app after all the manual steps to inserting photos and notes in an appraisal report was simple. The key is the auto sync feature. It uploads everything to my assignment in the background. Well crafted app.

This app simplifies the inspection process
This app lets me streamline the inspection process. By the time I get back to the office my inspection pictures with captions as well as notes are uploaded in my appraisal. This is a huge time saver!

Great tool for real estate appraisal inspections!
I like the way the pictures drop into my appraisal automatically with the longitude/latitude as well as the direction the camera was facing. The speech to text and timeline features are also helpful.

The realquantum mobile app is the must-have companion to the realquantum web application. Any commercial real estate appraiser who has to take a lot of pictures and notes on a property inspection will save time and collect more details compared to the digital camera and spiral notebook method.
