Horrible app waste of time and money having to go do the drug tests etc just for them not to approve because of limited shifts in my area thank god there’s better agency apps

Dude, I have tried million of passwords, and none of them works to create an account. Lame!

I have always loved working with Gale( Innovative Health) they have upgraded, that’s cool. They don’t have a lot of facilities now but I still like it
Onboarding
This app is terrible. I’ve been onboarding for 2 months. Documents are still pending review, my background check has yet to be completed but yet i was sent a badge. The person Robert who is my account manager or what ever he’s supposed to be is very unresponsive

U can book a shift , upload the sheet they try so hard to find something wrong and refuse to pay . You will have the time sheet signed off and they will say they have to wait on the scheduler to contact them back and guess what u still don’t get paid . They don’t know how to communicate. Don’t answer email , chat , text .

I think this app is a scam now
Hasn’t had many updates reviews since last year. My application process is taking forever. I think it’s a scam.
It use to work
I have been with Gale since 2021. Been using the app with minor issues from time to time. Recently the app just stop sending notifications of shifts. Finally spoke to someone in the chat (after the longest wait) and they submitted a ticket. Two days later, no response. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3x but still no batch notifications. My settings are set to receive them but still nothing is going through on my phone from the app.
Now I have to randomly keep checking to see if shifts are available on the portal (which some were). But this issue will lessen my chances of getting any shifts because they go quickly. The lack of communication and support at Gale is the worst… It use to be much better when they were available by phone.

I can’t even get it to work
I’m trying to just finish onboarding and I’ve submitted my background check information like 8 times and it just keeps saying not started. This app is a waste of time don’t bother

Honestly, I had to go do some research and look at some reviews just to see if the app was legit. It’s absolutely crazy to me how my information has been pending for over two months now I haven’t received any responses or clearance and the app literally doesn’t work when you try to contact supportor send out an email to chat with somebody I can’t even get into the app

This agency has become a joke. Doubles have become ridiculous. They won’t pay you correctly. Never reach anyone by phone. Circles in the emails when trying to solve any problem. Rates are becoming lower than what actual employees are being paid. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Poorly developed
This app and agency are the absolute worse. No doubt, the market team uses this app to discriminate against nurses. I have other nurses screenshot their app and the difference is apparent! Facilities who reach out to you; are restricted from block booking you; the market team controls who they want to schedule. Looking at my app, and the #facilities automatically goes from 65 to 0; displaying no available shifts when I change screens. Nurses are not respected or appreciated, BELIEVE ME!

Getting paid is so harassing. You’re clocking in/out via app, paper, facility time clock, and required to take a picture. Same day is whenever they get ready that day!
This agency does not support nurses as they claim; because their goal is to appease to their client only! You are expected to often work outside of your scope, in unsafe work environments, understaffed, expected to not advocate for your patient or yourself, and punished for not risking your license.
We know there are facilities that do not care about safe nursing nor the patients; and these are Gale clients!
