Payment method

I have been using this app for almost 2 years. It's still inconvenient to do direct debit. I had to call in or make monthly payments by writing the banking details every time. It is about time a sign of progress is followed: Why can't payments be made via Apple Pay or even just offer an option to save payment method, so an option would be possible to make direct debit through an app?

Issues connecting

Since joining rebel a month ago, I’m still not able to access my account in this app or even in the website. Contacted rebel nothing done so far. Very disappointing and bad customer service. Looking to change suppliers soon if not fixed.

Stoped working after the new update, and now cannot submit meter readings.
