Constant sign-in

So now it kick you out every few hours and you have to re-verify your email. Every. Single. Time. Also it constantly defaults back to showing KwH. Which no-one cares about. So thatโ€™s another tap to revert it back to ยฃ. Also it only scrolls down via a small section of the screen - so yet more time wasted finding this โ€˜sweet spotโ€™. By this time, youโ€™ve grown a beard and forgotten the reason you opened the app in the first place.

Smart meters

The meter is never correct , when topping up or using the amount on the app is never correct so can become confusing as you think you have more credit than you have. This needs to be sorted and correct for customer satisfaction

Every time they do maintenance on the app I canโ€™t top up till the next day

Room for improvement

It could be better if you can tell us if we are on or off supply trough the app and be able to switch it on there too , if it has gone off for when you are away from home on holidays ect ! And txt alerts. Room for improvement!
