It is now 27 days since bookipi charged my credit card. My vendor has STILL not been paid. Several emails with no response. Multiple automated responses to our inquiries asking for ‘patience’. A series of emails from both me and the vendor provided full documentation, and resulted in more automated emails with canned responses, asking for patience. I am going to give up and declare the transaction fraudulent with my credit card, meaning I now have to get a new card issued - thanks bookipi.

Very disappointed with the recent update. I chose this app because I could create invoices without needing a subscription. Suddenly making basic invoice creation a paid-only feature is unfair, especially for freelancers and small businesses who only need a few invoices each month.
At the very least, users should be allowed 5–10 free invoices per month. Removing such a basic function entirely feels like a money grab and has made the app much less useful for occasional users.
Please reconsider this decision and introduce a reasonable free tier.
Even with some add is also acceptable and that make the developer profit as well.
