Tengan cuidado con esta empresa porque son unos ladrones en el momento de hacer la reserva me recibieron todos mis datos para hacer el pago pero a el momento de recoger el vehículo me dijeron que mi documento no era válido para ellos u eñ día de hoy me envían un correo diciendo que he incumplido los requisitos y que mi dinero no será devuelto, porfavor absténganse de alquilar vehículo con esta gentusa

Si blocca sempre
Quando inserisci user e psw è come se non funzionasse il tasto “login” e quindi non ti fa entrare nel tuo profilo… succede molto spesso

Yo alquilé un vehículo en esta empresa, el dia 6 abril lo devolví en perfecto estado, (tengo el papel que lo acredita) pues hoy, es ya 18 de mayo, y aún no me han devuelto la fianza. 1200€ así que tenerlo en cuenta.

La utilizo mucho y en general bien pero es muy frustrante y una gran pérdida de tiempo que cada vez que entro a la app tengo que hacer login 😭

I have very bad anxiety and ADHD. Ive hired a car twice already this year and one only being a few weeks before the 19th December 2023. I have all my ID on there system and I’ve shown the same ID when I last hired a car. Well this time I go to pick my car up after paying over £250 and I was told my ID wasn’t good enough and he was laughing at me when I started to panic as I had no more money on me and I had my twin girls with me. He told me I’d have the refund back in my bank within 5 days as his manage had confirmed it and now I have left the airport they are refusing to refund me my money. Saying they put it down to a no show. How can that be justified. I had to have my dad come and collect me and my kids and have been stuck in my house all over Christmas due to no having transportation. This has been the worse Christmas I have spent in Malaga and feel like I don’t want to come back. Having a male laughing at me because I’m panicking and in a state that I couldn’t do anything about. My girls had to sit me down and help me breathe. I felt like an alien no one offered to help me instead I had other people waiting to get their cars and they was looking and talking I felt so vulnerable. And I was over £250 down at Christmas. Malaga car hire is the best car rental in Malaga so they will be having my business from now on. Especially when I’m over regularly. Your staff need to be trained on how to handle hiden disabilities.

Esta app no vale para nada no te deja entrar, cuando quiero poner fechas me saca de la aplicación, no entiendo como puede ir tan mal y no le dan solución a este problema, lo desinstale al minuto.

Desde IOS 17.0.3 No funciona en cuanto quieres cambiar la hora se cierra la APP.

Se cierra la App cada vez que abres un desplegable… antes era el lugar de recogida y ahora cuando abres el desplegable de la hora de recogida. Tienen que adaptarla urgentemente
