Half errors out when checking out
When ordering, it works all right. However, when hitting the final button before starting the order, it errors out, stating “there is an error with the basket,“ or something like that.

I HAD planned to go to Red Robin tonight and redeem my birthday burger reward. I was on the app a few days ago, but decided I’d recheck it before getting ready to leave, just to make sure my rewards all looked good and I wouldn’t have any surprises at the restaurant.
The app required me to update, so I did. I opened it after the refresh and poof, everything is gone! 99 points and my birthday reward, all gone. Annoyed and frustrated.

Good App now that is got fixed
Had no issues with the app for the longest but then went thru a period where I couldn’t order because my card wouldn’t go thru but the bug got fixed so it’s all good

The app doesn’t have promos, available on the Website. In order to get them I had to delete the app 😂😂😂 Bravo!!!

What nationwide restaurant app doesn’t accept Apple Pay? Also the app timed out in the time it took to get my card out to pay and I had to completely restart my order.
