Kids meal soft drinks broken
The app is great, except for with the recent updates I am no longer able to order a kids soft drink with a kids meal. When I select soft drink, it errors out telling me to customize it, but there is no customization option for the soft drink. I am only able to choose drinks that don’t need a customization, like a lemonade or milk. Please fix this!

Everything works… mostly
The app is lovely, menu is good, payment is seamless. However, when it comes to the orders, this app is a big fat liar. It says the delivery has been ‘completed’, and then it’s another 20 minutes before the food shows up. The time that they give you in the app is not the delivery time, it’s the time they decide to wipe their hands of you. Has happened to me 3 times now, called the location, told me they can’t track the order and if it was stolen there would have been nothing they could have done. The food arrived 45 minutes after the time said it would. Great app, HORRENDOUS TIME ESTIMATIONS.

Password doesn’t work
I’ve tried three times now to log into the app. I get an error every time. I press forgot password and an email never comes because it keeps giving me an error. I’ve changed the password twice on the website and it still doesn’t work with the app.

Great way to place orders!
This app makes placing an online order with Red Robin easy and seamless. Placing an order is straightforward. I only deducted a star as I would like to see Apple Pay as an available payment method. Other than that, it’s a wonderful app!

Broken App – Can’t Even Connect
I tried using the app and it immediately threw a technical error saying the server requires a “client certificate.” That’s something only internal employee systems use, not regular customers. In other words, the app is trying to connect to the wrong server and completely fails to load. Nothing works past the error screen.
This isn’t a device issue — it’s a configuration problem with the app or backend. Until the developers fix the server connection, the app is unusable for normal customers.

Half errors out when checking out
When ordering, it works all right. However, when hitting the final button before starting the order, it errors out, stating “there is an error with the basket,“ or something like that.

Unexpected night in
I HAD planned to go to Red Robin tonight and redeem my birthday burger reward. I was on the app a few days ago, but decided I’d recheck it before getting ready to leave, just to make sure my rewards all looked good and I wouldn’t have any surprises at the restaurant.
The app required me to update, so I did. I opened it after the refresh and poof, everything is gone! 99 points and my birthday reward, all gone. Annoyed and frustrated.
