Unworkable garbage
I tried to get a 3 day pass and it would not work on your website or app. Clunky pages, authentification and dead links. Dumpster fire garbage experience. You should copy the BIXI app in Montreal.

Hidden costs
It’s unfortunate to see that the cost of bike rental is not displayed anywhere on the app. Apparently, it is only stated in an 11 page long terms and conditions pdf when you sign up.
Please be aware that a 1 day ticket only grants you the right to release the bike. You will then be charged up to €86.50 more per day for actually using it.

App is useless! Sent round in circles, unable to log in, unable to select a bike. 30 minutes (!) of trying and we eventually gave up and called an Uber. Honestly don’t waste your time!
Unable to access button to validate
The app won’t allow me to resize or scroll and stay in position to validate the transaction to authorize the subscription!
A disaster
Incredibly difficult to use as electric bike, had to go to the website to figure out you can’t simply hire it as electric but you need to have your own battery purchased separately for 60£. I’ve never seen anything this poor when it comes to rental bikes in any major European city

Constant errors
Whatever I try to do I keep getting an ‘oops an error has occurred’ message. I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app, turning my phone on and off, changing my password, clearing my cache and calling the helpline. Total waste of time.
Good but could be Better
Overall design is nice and easy to use. Payment set-up could have better look and feel and integration with Apple Pay. On iPhone developers shall build a widget with favorite station to see at glance what’s available for example. It could be useful also to be notified when bikes # runs low or when station is being refilled. Also integration with health app to save exercise automatically would be nice. An Apple application could be a nice addition to so we could release a bike with a tap for example. Bottom line app is good but could be better.

Really Bad service and support
They charged me the journey i did the same day. One week later they charged the same service again with no reason, even i wasnt in dublin, i was in the plane back home. I wrote them several times with the extract from my account and bank and it was like talk with a rock. The same type of message, “we have charge the service you use, regards” They even try to do the same with my girfriend, so i absolutely no recommend this company.

Had been using the app fine, renewed my

Terrible
App has error messages at every corner. App crashed when attempting to unlock bike, without fail. Could not find option to start a subscription. Could not access payment methods.
Website also terrible, stuck on loading screen.
Whoever contracted JC Decaux should be fired. Totally unusable and brings Dublin into disrepute. Anything would be better.
