Must buy ticket via app first
Its annoying. Ticket wont be saved in the app unless you bought through the app first. I bought the tickets online then downloaded the app and now it wont save my ticket.

Poder escolher idioma e não poder fazer registo com número rede móvel estrangeiro é contraditório e não compreensível.
Not friendly for tourists
I tried to create an account, but because I am not local, it doesn’t let you. You can’t select your country and thus it doesn’t recognize the zip code.
Only for Portuguese citizen
I m on vacay and want to use the app and I need all my info to be from Portugal… postal code, NIF, phone number… I m a tourist!!!!

App doesn’t know where things are in the Algarve
I spent 16 euros on two tickets from albufeira to faro, however the app told us the wrong place to go and we ended ip having to spend 45 euros on a taxi back from albufeira to faro. Hope that people don’t have to use this horrible app anymore.

Publicité mensongère
Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles !! Le site vous propose des prix hyper attractif … mais au moment de payer quelque soit le mode de paiement AMEX ou Visa française il y a toujours une erreur !! Donc pas d autre choix que de payer au guichet le double !! Si ça s appelle pas de la publicité mensongère !! Je dispose des copies écran des erreurs quelque soit le mode écran . Il sera trop facile de dire que c est moi qui affabule ou dire il y a pas d erreur !! C est bien connu c est toujours de la faute du client …

Useless for non-resident
Yet another app when the company is not listening to reviews to make it usable. It seems impossible to buy ticket if not Portuguese resident. Ticket can be selected but then passenger details cannot be saved as needs Flex account. But cannot register for Flex account unless a National ID is provided. Cannot proceed to purchase as passenger details cannot be saved etc. etc. Only way to buy ticket is to use Rede website instead - which defeats object of having an app.
Developer response is that NIF is not required to register. Oh dear - I’ve tried again and it is mandatory, and also postcode not accepted for UK address and phone number not accepted. Why not have a simpler app that user can just book tickets and save these for journey instead of all this messing around with Rflex loyalty promotions etc. Get rid of Rflex and just have a straightforward account for buying and using tickets.

We tried booking tickets over 2 phones and one computer and It did not work. Maybe make a decent app…

This app is absurd. You cannot register a username if you are not a resident of Portugal. They ask you for the NIF (mandatory) and the address needs to be a Portugal address. These vises are used by tourists all the time

I am from England trying to register on this App I can’t because it’s stupid question I am requesting as a normal customer not a business but it’s refusing saying it still requires information will not accept English post code or telephone number
Application sans utilité
J’ai tenté de réserver sur l’application à 2 reprises et ça refusé. M’obligeant à rater 2 fois le bus et à aller acheter un billet au comptoir de la gare beaucoup plus chère.
À l’air de la technologie vous n’arrivez pas à permettre de faire des achats de billets depuis l’application. C’est très inutile votre application
