Worst Telco ever, dont subscribe, u will regret
I am doing everything i can to get out of this super bad telco.
Super slow network is the least of their problems.
Bad customer service, slow in reply and response.
Ridiculous charges.
Because i didnt get any reaction to my port out request. I called the careline.
And now they are charging me 0.32 sens.
And they are saying i cant port out because i owe them money
By the way, they didnt even pick up the careline.
Then how am i suppose to follow up. If every call is gonna cause me money. LOL

Multi account support
Would be great if you can support multi account management. As it is redone makes it difficult to convert numbers to supplementary accounts. I have 3 numbers in my family all being independent accounts because of this

Im student and it told me it was prepaid and can cancel anytime then i realised it was postpaid and even i got add on rm10 and cant unsubscribed i got and now the only sollution is i need to pay 2 month of bill which is next month even i didnt use it .. ez scamm rm120

UI/UX much more intuitive and overall layout is much more appealing, modern and fresh.
App slow like hell
Redone seriously you have to change your technical person. The app slow like hell. Make payment but cannot detect at all. Livechat slow and no internet connection even using wifi.
Garbage Telco and App
This telco is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Porting out is made deliberately difficult, even though I confirmed all bills were paid in full with a credit balance. Their stores are nearly impossible to find, and the app is beyond outdated—it’s practically unusable. Customer support is shockingly unhelpful and seems clueless about even the basics. Even Tunetalk offers a better self-service app than this. If Redone has any ambition to be considered a decent, low-cost telco, it needs to completely overhaul its garbage app, which looks like it’s stuck in the past. Without Yoodo being removed, I wouldn’t touch this service with a ten-foot pole.

Application Crash On Iphone
I cant open the application. It will automatically close whenever i tried to open the application. Im not able to see my data balance and pay bill.

Stupid design
There is no way to change from prepaid to postpaid. I have to do the whole registration again, and of course it is not working… I have rarely seen a company avoiding customers like RedOne.
Pls allow data usage monitoring
It would be great if we can see how much data we have used from redDAILY
