This is only an ok app
I continue to have to wait days after a transaction is posted before I can edit it. I have to rename or retag recurring purchases. It doesn’t recognize their history.

RCU is STILL the BEST!!
I’ve been banking with RCU since 2005. I’ve lived in other countries and in various other states where there are no RCUs. Of all the banks I’ve tried, RCU is the rose among thorns! I’ve done an auto loan with them, international transfers, a business loan, you name it. They are second to NONE! The customer service is top-notch, super-friendly, and totally helpful. And the app, you ask? I’ve used various banking apps, and they are all found wanting in comparison with RCU’s banking apps for iPhone AND iPad. They are always front of the pack! Keep up the amazing work!

It’s very reliable for moving money between accounts, paying bills, checking my balances, and sending money to others. I love all the features that give me control over my accounts and cards. It’s one of the easiest and most convenient banking apps I’ve used. I highly recommend RCU and the mobile app.

This bank has been good to me and I plan on staying a customer for as long as I am able to be a loyal customer. five star customer service and five star banking service.
Credit Unions Matter
I have been a long time member of the Redwood Credit Union and have reaped many benefits from this financial relationship. I have been given personal loans, credit cards and manage all of my personal and savings accounts with RCU. The customer service I receive here is exemplary and how my money is used to support my community gives me ethical peace.
