This app is so good! So many different topics and meditations. Voice is very soothing and makes it easy to meditate. I use it almost every day and when I need a calming break from hectic days I use it multiple times a day.

This app has changed my life. I have had the app for several months now and I have used it every single day before I pray. It has changed the way I approach my Heavenly Father in prayer and has been a conduit to heaven for me. The topics are so varied and I can always find a relevant meditation to suit whatever is going on in my life to help me to refocus. My only complaint is that when the notification comes up and gives you an inspired suggestion for a certain meditation that day, only to click on it and it not take you straight to that one. There are far too many meditations to locate what they had tempted you with. Other than that, I love this app. They add new meditations regularly - especially after conference. They have a completed button function to keep track of those you’ve listened to, which is very useful given the amount of meditations. I also love the favourites button for a quick reference.

Truly Fills My Soul!
Best meditation app, I love it so much! It truly fills my soul and is the best way to start my day! I absolutely love all the topics and meditations and how it allows me to truly ponder and meditate upon the things of the Spirit, of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ. I feel so much peace and *soul rest* as I listen and follow these inspired meditations. Thank you for creating such an inspired app!!

Best way to start the day
My son and I start each school day with a meditation. We used to just do the free ones but he wanted some more I decided to subscribe and am so glad I did. I started this for him to help with morning anxiety on going to school. It has helped him tremendously. I also feel like I benefit greatly from starting my day in a good peaceful headspace. I also will do this before bed when I have hard time falling asleep. Highly recommend!

Use every morning!
I have been using these meditations nearly every morning for many months. It has been invaluable to me to get my mind calmed and refocused. My anxiety levels have gone down and I feel my connection to the Savior strengthened. I love the reference feature so I can further study the talks/scriptures that are used. I wish new episodes would be released more frequently, but there are many to choose from and repeating old favorites is always a good option. I have referred this to many family members and friends. Thank you!

I enjoy all the different topics, and am hoping this is helping me prepare for birth, even though it isn’t specifically for that. I just yearn for more words about Heavenly Mother. I did the motherhood meditation tonight and had a hard time relaxing because I was sad/dwelling on how it was all about Heavenly Father telling me I’m a good mom or he sent certain children to me for a reason, but nothing about Heavenly Mother doing those same things. I have more meditations to go through. Hoping there is more on this at some point. (:

FINALLY a meditation app that I fully love!!
I love this app. I’m in a stage of life that is particularly overwhelming and challenging. I’ve tried various meditation apps to help me feel grounded, find peace, and also fall asleep in a more relaxed state. I never quite found what I was looking for until I discovered this app! I use it every day now. I love that it is Christ centered, as I’ve been struggling with my faith and this feels like such a gentle way to remind myself that He is still there. There are so many different meditations for all sorts of topics and they are all lovely . I’m so happy this exists!

Uplifting and Healing
This meditation app has been an amazing blessing to my family! My husband has had chronic pain for a year now and this has been an amazing tool to help him through his trials. This has also helped me and my children to better focus on the good and peaceable truths found in the gospel. I love how each meditation has scripture and talks referenced and each stays true to doctrine. Very happy to have found this app and to have it as a tool for healing and growth in our family! Can’t recommend it enough!!

Absolutely Amazing!
Like some other reviewers, I too have had a hard time sticking to meditation in the past. But this app has made it easy! I love the length of each meditation, and I love that they teach gospel truths to help increase my faith while helping to relieve my stress. I look forward to meditating each morning! It has helped tremendously! I have been telling my family and friends about it!

Gospel centered meditation
Refill My Soul is just the meditation app I was seeking. I started seriously meditating about 6 months ago and was getting tired of the woo woo guided meditations that focused on the universe and manifesting things by myself. Meditations focused on the Savior and gospel principles prepare me for my prayers and give me peace to start the day.

Wonderful app for Church Members
I’ve been wanting an LDS meditation app for a while and am delighted with this. My kids and I use it often.
My favorite App
I look forward to this everyday! I have never tried meditation, I finally decided I wanted to try it. This has helped me so much. I’ve added this into the end of my workouts in the mornings and before I go to bed I end my day with another session. It helps rests my souls and gives me peace.

Design and user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate + understand. The content is great — for me, slowing down and creating a habit of regular meditation and mindfulness has been difficult. This app has really made it so much easier. Each time I follow along a meditation session it makes a big difference in my day. Highly recommend!
