Love how I can adjust to my preferences easily

I didn’t trying a few journaling apps and really not been satisfied with many or any of them. I’m really enjoying reflection so far. I like that I can journal several different ways. I like that there are several different ways to get prompts and I like that there are coaching tips that I can reflect on and I’m looking forward to seeing how this app’s going to help me reflect on my disability and the loss of my physical and mental health to permanent injury and disability so I can adjust to having a better quality of life

Response from developer

so glad it's clicking for you, and thanks for taking the time to write all that. being able to journal a few different ways is the bit we most want to get right, so it's good to hear that's landing. wishing you well with everything you're working through.

Lovely app

I’ve recently returned to this app and I think it’s a great tool. Really good prompts that help me unpick things and the AI summaries and tips feel useful and sensible - not being a cheerleader who thinks I’m wonderful like ChatGPT that can end up muddying thoughts a bit more! I’m not sure if it’s just my laptop needs turning off and on again but the desktop version seems pretty glitchy though.

so glad you came back to it, and thanks for writing this up. the desktop glitchiness isn't your laptop, we've got a report open on it and we're working through it.

Response from developer

danke dass du dir die zeit genommen hast, das so genau aufzuschreiben. die drei voiceover-punkte sind beim team, vor allem dass die sprachausgabe selbst im transkript landet. das sollte so nicht sein und wir schauen es uns an.

Pushy for premium sub

The onboarding almost made me sign up to their annual plan. Especially as I’m new and learning to navigate the app. Not a good first impression and hopefully things get better from here on end

Response from developer

sorry the onboarding came across as a hard sell, that's fair and i've passed it on. there's a close button in the corner of that screen if it comes up again, and you can journal on the free plan without paying. hope it gets better from here.

So far so good

Loving it

So far so good☺️

Its a perfect journal to keep track of things for me. I love that the AI gives insight on my patterns. It helps me understand myself better. I am quite the writer so getting feedback and summaries of my entries is helpful to me and helps me organize my innerworld.

Fantastic App

I've been looking for an app just like this for some time, where I can either type or speak my thoughts and get some good feedback. The templates are great, and if there's anybody looking for a journal that is more thoughtful and grows with you, then this is the app that you need to have.

Easy to use

I am just starting out with journaling and it has never really been my thing, but having this on your phone and having it be so easy to use has been helpful in keeping up with it so far. Excited to see where this take me.

Great feedback, Desktop needs help

This app is the best response app I have used. Writing down what I am going through and having it respond with what I am feeling is mind blowing. It takes all my jumbled thoughts and emotions and types it out in plain English exactly what I am trying to explain…

Off to a great start

I could see the value in the premium version but I need to be a bit more consistent before pulling the trigger

Interesting

I’m using if just for 3 days and see that in comparison to other diary apps this one is one step ahead, with elements of coaching and down to earth summaries and tips z

Amazing! Wow!

This app is incredible. So far it’s better than my therapist. Gives wonderful feedback! It has layers and layers of feedback and insights it gains from your entries. I thought I was negative and it showed me my negativity is almost equally balanced with positivity. I repeat… it’s better than any therapist I’ve ever had!!!
