Doesn’t work and no support
This app doesn’t fully work and sync correctly. I’ve tried numerous ways to contact customer service or get help and it is a black hole. Great idea but unreliable

Received an error every time I tried to create an account so unable to create an account/use the platform.

Hasn’t tracked a single return and I’ve had the app for two weeks with multiple refunds already hitting my accounts (which are linked to the app).

Love this app!
I’ve already caught two returns that my refund wasn’t processed successfully. Without Refundly monitoring for me, I would have missed over $200 in money back!
