Can't add a ticket?
App isn't really useful. The display doesn't fit on the screen so I purchased online. Now I can't add my ticket. I have only an old cancelled ticket that is showing as an "open ticket."
Fix your app
Not sure how this app has 5 stars. Successfully paid for the same seat twice. Didn’t show up under my tickets twice. The seat is still available for sale. Can’t change the origin or destination. Was able to cancel a flight in 2 seconds on an airline app, make calls, texts, etc, all while this app was struggling to work. Fix your app please.

Worst app for food ordering

To buy food, you need the app. However I used a different website because the RegioJet website only sells bus tickets. And thus I cannot order :(

I've used RegioJet many times, never had a problem. The four berth sleeping compartment is clean, has everything and is good value.
Bug - False Error
When I try to search for train connections, it says "your connection is unstable," even though my internet connection is great.
Very bad
I starved throughout my 7 hour train journey because the app did not want to process my purchase. When asking the staff, they didn’t bother helping and just left us be saying to restart the app. It never worked, and they never cared. Bad.
Did not allow me to order Refreshments
Tried to order refreshments and was a horrible experience. I first attempted to pay direct with my Visa card which constantly got stuck in a technical issue. Then spent another 45minutes trying to add credit to my account to by pass this. Took several attempts but finally got money into the account. Went to order and didn’t allow me to select my regiojet pay account to pay for the items. Tried it on a separate phone but by the time we attempted to pay it told us that we are unable to create an order 40minutes before the trip was to finish. Horrible experience. Would be better if you could let people pay in person instead of forcing them onto the app that is super inconsistent.

Works for what I need
I have been using the app when in Czechia for years now. I use it for purchasing bus tickets, and I must say that I have been very satisfied with the app. It’s easy to use to buy and to exchange tickets.
Buggy app and worst customer support
App doesn’t work as expected and the crew and people at the reception not able to provide any more support or changes to booking that the app does. Avoid at all cost If you actually wanna reach your destination. Almost got stuck in foreign city because of Regiojet. FlixBus saved me.

App doesn’t work
The app downloads but doesn’t work for both me and my travel companion. It opens and closes immediately. It’s also absolutely asinine that the only way to order any refreshments is through the app. So when the app doesn’t work….. what do you? You starve.
Failed the first time, worked the second
First time downloaded wouldn’t work, kept crashing. 2nd time I could fully order, and i purchased ticket through Omio not this app and it worked.

Paid but not received refreshment
In our train from Vienna to Prague we were forced to order food/refreshments using this app! We managed to place the order and the money is deducted from my account, but we have not received the food! Train staff told us that the money will be refunded as the food was double sold and they don’t have our items. It’s been a week no return, and I don’t think there will be any!

Worst app I have seen
Shocking… cannot use this app, tried to add the ticket number to log in, keeps coming back with 400 error. Very very bad experience, especially when someone is trying to order food. And this is the only way staff would allow you to order food.

Unable to order food.
This is discrimination. I’m elderly and never heart of ordering food online for a train trip. My app doesn’t support this type of behavior. I will canceal my trip nex visit. This is unacceptable.
