It’s a waste of a download and an app. Just use the website. You would think the purpose of the app would be to save information so you could save a minute when you visit friends.
You would be right… if you decided to pay a recurring subscription fee for this “premium” feature.

Money grab update
The app was barely functional, but at least usable now all my information was erased on the update and require requires a “premium upgrade” to auto fill when it used to be automatic. Just another money grab in these trying times.
Worst app ever
My apartment enforces to register all vehicles using this app, and I have a horrible experience of using it. It suddenly returns denied parking without any explanation, and I always need to follow up the leasing office to manually allow the guest parking. I have no choice, but I would not use it if possible

Easy to use
I love the location finder, you are able to find the apartments easy. I think what would make this a 5 star is the option of saving license plate numbers, make and model just to make it faster. As a nurse home visitor I do love this app and it has a lot of potential
Glitch? Or Just doesn't work
I have been using the website for months. Then tonight downloaded the app after cont to try to input my info. Nope! It showed "Denied" why??? Same car, same visitor spot. Bad thing is unlike other reviewers with this problem- is this is at my job! As a private duty nurse, I can't just leave or stay in my car so it won't be towed. Only can say my prayers and hope my car will be there in the morning.

Restrictions
This app would be better if it showed the limits of registering. I have to sleep in my car multiple nights because of this I can’t even take care of of my sick relative without worrying about being towed. Then they tow you to a place that costs 300$ to get out! Tow companies should be banned if you ask me!

Thinks you drive a different car every day…
An app that sits on my phone should allow me to enter the info for my one or two cars that I own, then let me select one when registering at a parking lot.
Instead, this app makes you go to ALL the fields for your car specs every time. Its only saving grace is it remembers what you typed before and provides it in a pull-down list. But I expect those values to disappear sometime in the future if cookies get cleared.
Whoever designed this app does not understand how it will be used in the real world…

This app cost me $325
The app wouldn’t work on my phone, my boyfriends phone, or our laptop. No matter what, I couldn’t register my car. My car was then towed and I had to pay $325 dollars to get I back.
It’s just a bookmark
If I saved a bookmark as an icon on my phone it would function the same as this app. If you could save the apartment name as a button, instead of typing it out each time, it would be nice. If you could save your car info instead of typing everything out, then it would be worth it. This app adds no value unless you can save your information.

Drove all the way to my boyfriends at night to be denied parking once I got there and had to drive all the way back home in the dark. Cruddy to deny my parking when im always doing the correct thing by registering my car upon arrival :(
Awful
Fix the app, and the website while you’re at it too. I can’t change resident parking on either one of them. And learn how to crop your logo for your app icon. Literally terrible

Hello. Register2park is for guest parking. Can you clarify what you mean by not being able to "change resident parking"? Are you referring to Register2Park or something else?
Awesome app
Was a little worried at first. But luckily I caught one of the tow truck drivers to verify a car was officially registered an it was. So in my book this is a great app. The website works too but it’s quicker when you can just open an app. And people are worried about the “auto fill” just copy and paste it and call it a day. We as humans make stuff harder than what it has to be.

I would really like to see a log of how many times we’ve logged a visitor so that we will know if they will get approved or not, based on our apartment requirements
It works
App does what it says. As another said, autofill would be a nice QoL improvement.
Pointless
This is a dumb app wrapper around a dumb web page. The app makes it worse because Safari at least can autofill some fields while the app does not. Don’t publish an app that doesn’t do anything better than the already awful web page.
