Please save yourself from this company!! Never even try booking any flight or hotels through them. I booked one flight a while ago and they cancelled aright after I booked it. To this day (after almost 2 years) I'm waiting on my refund. If you think this is a fake review, search on google maps Rehlat and see reviews on all of their offices and locations.

اخس تطبيق مبلغ مالي قالو بنرجعه خلال 15 يوم عمل لي الحين 4 سنوات ما رجع لي ريال واحد وانصح بعدم التعامل معهم وكل ماتواصلة معهم اوه فعلاً انت المفروض تجيك خلاص خلال 24 ساعه بإذن الله وهي ف حسابك والمره الثانيه قلت لهم حولوها نقاط بستخدمها ونفس الكلام كذابين

This company is a scam. Please believe me when I say they will not issue a refund. In November 2024, I was informed by Rehlat that there were no rooms available at the hotel I booked, and my order was canceled. Initially, it showed that there were rooms available. After I booked and paid, I received an email just 10 minutes later stating that there were no vacancies and my order was canceled.
That was the beginning of my nightmare. After three months and nearly 50 emails, I still have not received my refund. No one answers the customer service phone number provided. A total of £229 was supposed to be refunded, but every email I receive just says that the refund is being processed.
Please be cautious and do not book anything with Rehlat; they are a scam company.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
I booked hotel through their app but couldn’t checked in the hotel. They cancelled my booking with promises to refund but after 3 moth still no any refund. Worst ever booking experience. They destroyed my travel plans and stolen my money. Please never use this app

STAY AWAY - SCAM
They take your payment and cancel your booking. I have been chasing up for a refund but no luck. There is no UK contact number. Prices might look cheap but This is a straight scam! Don’t fall for it.

Customer service of Rehlat is a joke. You get the same automated responses with no one answering your question or offering any meaningful support. Even when you call, they still refer you to the automated ‘bot’.

BE CAREFUL, This is a scam, they will steal your money, the will tell you the trip cancelled because the price changed and will never send the money back to you, it has been 3 years waiting for the money to get back , they told me they already started the process 3 years ago.
