Worst App Ever
This app used to work really good. But now every time I try to log in. I have to reset password. Then I get in and can’t see balance. Keeps crashing.
So frustrating, just send me paper statements. Over this piece of rubbish.

Not convinced
App has previously worked. Then they changed how you log in, no communication to me about this. Haven’t been able to log in and see my super information for about a month….. not happy with the app at all.

I have had this APP for sometime now. I frequently have to delete and reinstall it for it to work. Every time I go to logon, I have to enter username, password and get the Phone code. Then it tells me I can enter add a code, then it tells me I can do face Face ID. Every time!! For some reason it doesn’t retain all the information that I enter - it quite frequently doesn’t work at all, a message pops up to say it’s unavailable. The AP P desperately needs an overhaul. I do not have this trouble on other apps, so I am confident the error lies with the REI one

Works and after a day or two stops. Can’t re login, face login works one or twice.
If they look after super money the same way they look after than app, I suggest looking for a fund with a more reliable app.

Inconsistant
works for a while then stops. Unreliable not really fit for purpose.
