Amazing idea that deserves to be realized fully
I was searching for self care materials that aren’t just by white women for white women. I work with a lot of young men who feel like these things aren’t for them. I downloaded the apps and am so impressed by the features and information available. I was discouraged, however, to see that the app seems to be largely abandoned with no recent activity or updates. I would love to see this app realize it’s full potential. One of the best I’ve seen for this purpose (I tend to go through a lot of these looking for things that will resonate with my clients)

Looks good but
This app looks good. The only reason for the 3 star rating has to do with the fact that there’s nothing in the app description has no mention of a subscription. People have to dig to find it. I hope this gets fixed. No, I didn’t subscribe.

First let’s start by saying this app is good for daily affirmations. It also provided me with a platform to express daily emotions or feelings with people that may be going through the same things.It has helped me open up and tackle different types of conversations and situations I may be put in. When it comes to mental health this app provided me with tools and connects me with people from a variety of areas. Check it out for yourself!
