Best bank and app, make sure to get it muhfuks
Worst update
After this latest update, the app won’t open. Just endlessly stays on a blue screen with the R logo. Last several updates have been progressively worse and worse. May just end up having to switch banks if I can’t access the app.
Easy use
It’s super quick and easy access to your account. Locking card in case you misplaced it is always a life saver and get in contact with help desk has never been better.
Recent update: lost my widget 10/25/24 iPhone user.
I have almost always enjoyed the app but this most recent iphone update has unfortunately removed me from checking my balance through the widget section of my phone where I would be able to check my balances without even opening the app. It was my favorite and most used aspect of the app & it made life a lot easier. Please reinstate this if possible. Otherwise a great app & I have enjoyed using it.

Cannot deposit checks
99% of the reason for having this app is so that I can use mobile check deposit. For the past year or so, that feature doesn’t work. It will simply never accept the picture of the front of the check. So annoying.

Won’t do mobile deposit now
Not sure what happened but I’ve been unable to do any mobile deposits since the wk end. Hope this gets fixed soon. Other than that love the app
No widget
What happened to the widget? Was the best part of the app. One star.

Lack of access
More often than not when I try to login I get a “application error: we are unable to display your information at this time” this should not happen on a daily basis but it does for me. Overall use once I’m in is great but 60% of the time I cannot access my own accounts through the APP.
Crashes when clicking bill pay
This app is usually really good and we enjoy it. However this last update breaks bill pay which we use very often. Whenever I click on bill pay it just crashes.

Since being a member (for years) I have always known I made the right choice for banking. I wouldn’t want to do my banking anywhere other than with Reliant!
