Underdeveloped and Difficult to Understand
In 2018 I worked for a company who offered a similar service/account and you would think that with the passage of time and the advancements in technology things could only get better… I am disappointed to say I was wrong. This platform is so far behind in every way shape and form. The direct deposit is later than every bank so I have to wait twice as long to receive my money. The rules for how much you can take out of your check seem very straightforward but the fees and percentages do not add up and no matter where you look the FAQs and instructions repeat the same information over and over and refuse to elaborate or explain so it’s impossible to figure out what I’m doing wrong. Again with the length of time, it’s taking me over a month to get this account set up to borrow funds, I still can’t use that feature. I’ve been unsuccessful in contacting customer service for assistance and fear once I get them they will be just as unhelpful as everything else. I could complain more about the horrible app layout and glitchy website but I’m going to stop here. Sick to my stomach over how much time and energy I have wasted with this.

FRAUD
This app and company should be investigated!!!! They’re taking the money people borrowed from their checks BEFORE the person gets paid . Bad enough you guys already charge unnecessary fees to MOVE money. I will not be using this app ANYMORE after my last 2 checks .
Very intuitive!!! The Pay Any-Day feature is awesome
The app is fantastic. You can access pay any-Day (earned wage access) as long as your employer is enrolled for free, instant bill pay, and instant send money through the app. The Rellevate app works as a bank account that doesn’t have any fees.

I cannot believe how fast I could access my money, this is. No brainer.
The sign up process is stupid
Why isn’t the process in the app? Why am being transferred somewhere else to answer a few questions and then being asked to accept documents that put me at the beginning when I push done? Then when I try to click the boxes it won’t let me. This is my first time using it and I can already tell it’s the worst thing I’ll ever use for the next few days.
