So they canceled this and they said I have to wait for 60 days for my money to get back and still haven’t received it. Now they said I have to wait for another 60 days in July to receive my money! I will never put money or trust this anymore! Chase, or Bank of America or other banks are much better than this!

THIS APP WONT LET YOU LOG IN . it doesn’t even register you typing in the letters to your password and just says enter valid password . ridiculous
Say my password isn’t valid!
I can login on a browser just fine but when I use the app it says my password is invalid. When I tried to reset it on the app it asked me to enter my card information and then says there’s an error and doesn’t email a reset link. It’s either a glitch or a ploy to get my card information. I don’t know for sure all I know is that this app sucks! Haven’t even been able to access it!!!

Design and functionality
Terrible app design. The interface looks outdated and confusing. It’s almost impossible to transfer money between bank and card without getting frustrated. Basic functions like moving funds should be easy, but this app makes it unnecessarily hard. Needs a complete redesign.
Don’t bother
If you want to be told your password is wrong every time you put it into this app even after resetting it on the same exact webpage that is counterpart to this app then go ahead and download and waste your time away!
Don’t Trust It!
I only signed up to get the promotion “spend $50 to get $50 back” but was face with nothing, but issues from the store not having any clue about the card and each time when I went to use it someone had to come over to complete the transaction then when I asked they said this is what they told them to do still not much to go on and when I called the # on the back I guess you can call it customer service cause it was anything but that just the run around.. first time I called everything was fine I just need it to wait a lil bit longer no problem then when I did call back I got a completely different story even tho I had proof and assistance from a store manager/ supervisor help me to make sure I did it right so I guess we’re both wrong makes no sense so I close my acct and pretty much everything to do with target I’ll go elsewhere..
Not to mention first time I called he asked lil to no info like my name, date of birth, card number etc.. but when I called the second time they asked for everything but my blood type “ super sketchy” think twice that’s all!
P.s I email back the developer response as asked only to get a email back with “Thank you for your email, below are links for commonly asked questions that you might find helpful” then what was the point in the first place if nothing was gonna be done about it lol SMH!

For a very popular store, this app should have already been fixed!! A year ago I downloaded this app to have more control of my circle card, ended up deleting it because of all the issues with this app only to come back to it for a second chance and it still be inaccessible

Allow you to have circle card if you have bad credit
Reloadable, bank account access, 2 days after. If you have bad credit it give you enough benefits of having a circle card
Not able to load money remotely
Wish this card worked , was looking forward to using it to get discount and etc and I have promoted it others in my family etc a lot , but finally it is not working for me ! Very disappointing , had to make a purchase (ultimately did two somewhat moderate total cost/price purchases for a little under $200) just regularly yesterday without the card cuz couldn’t load money to it in a way working out as okay for me ie convenient (and REASONABLE!!!) for me ! Have not tried loading money at the store because I do not wish to have to go all the way to store . Should have more ways to load money to the card like you should be able to do it over the phone at least . Better would be doing it online somehow like buying a gift card , but this jot [not!!!!!!] available ! Tried transfer to the account for the card from my bank account online - couldn’t do that . The Chime option ( Chime is my bank ) had it where you can find the financial institution for to transfer money to and it said Pathward business , I’m pretty sure that’s what it said and that was the only option to transfer money to a bank account w Pathward . Pathward is the bank for the reloadable card . Entering info I had under Pathward business as the holder of the account for the reloadable debit card by Target did not work . The info (can’t recall what it was ) did not fit for the Pathward business listing . So may try contacting Pathward idk if that is the thing to do . I called Customer Service on the back of the reloadable card by Target and they told me to ask my bank about how to transfer money but I contacted Chime customer service and they could not help me . Chime Customer Service , ie an actual associate said I could indeed transfer money or somehow get $ to the reloadable card BUT the virtual assistant said I could not but ONLY load money at the store w cash . Strange the virtual thing knows this but this is what the virtual thing said . Then also it looks like others are saying you can load money different ways and etc AND the info on the app AND the online account option SAY YOU CAN TRANSFER MONEY FROM ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT ETC . I think it does say “may” be able to transfer from a bank to the Target reloadable . So it seems the Chime associate is possible to be right and other etc like the very info on the web site for the card BUT I THINK IT IS UNTRUE YOU CAN LOAD MONEY TO THE CARD BY ANY MEANS CONVENIENT AND EASY (ie any means other than loading cash at the store which is very inconvenient and a hassle and unwished and ridiculous this is the only way and it is unpleasant ) AND I ALSO THINK SOMEHOW THE CARD IS NOT REAL ABD DOES NOT WORK AND I THINK SOMETHING IS INTENTIONALLY MAKING THE CARD NOT WORK . I also tried sending money to the reloadable card as a debit card and not a bank account (which as told I also tried as a bank account) and it did not work , I can do an instant transfer to a debit card w Chime and I can do a 1 -3 day long transfer to a bank account w Chime - but neither of these options worked for the Target reloadable card . Also you cannot load the card to the wallet in iPhone or the in the Target app . The reloadable card , I think it is not real and does not really work , very unfortunate . I would like attention to this . There should be an option like this cuz other cards are more exclusive for people financially comfortable and also I have had trouble many years w the charge card . I don’t think I am able to get credit cards anymore I am declined a couple times for the Apple Card and the Old Navy card . I do not support the money system or poverty or the rule of the devil , btw , but was trying to take advantage of a good option for someone like me , poor and not having things work out here for them w the like credit cards etc . Hope the very very suspicious and strange issues w the card are resolved and hopefully someday soon the rule of the devil (and its money system and inequality and back door dealings and closed door society secrecy etc and poverty etc and covert and hidden brutal attacking of people that are not the devil ) will end !

Glitching
Is there an update for this app? Every time I attempt to load my card the app glitches out and I am not able to do so.
Add cash feature glitch
Was working well until the app force closes when trying to add different denominations of cash to reload at Target stores. Please fix.
Works great but could be better
I would really like it if you could reload directly from another account or paypal. Being a but more convenient would be awesome.
Edit: as per your response, I know all that. but I would prefer to go to the target reloadable app and add from paypay FROM there. I don't WANT to direct deposit. Listing options just shows me you didn't really read what you wrote you just saw a key word and copy-pasted a response. It could be a little more convenient. I know how to use the app.

We’re happy to hear you are enjoying your Target Circle Card Reloadable Account. You can receive funds through transactions initiated from PayPal. In addition, you can add funds through cash reloads, Direct Deposit, checks deposited through our mobile app, and by receiving money from another Target Circle Card Reloadable Account accountholder. You may also add money from your checking or savings account by initiating a transfer from your bank account into your Target Circle Card Reloadable Account.
